I visited Baskin-Robbins for the first time today and had such a great experience! The girls working there were incredibly helpful, sweet, and very friendly. They made me feel welcome right away and took the time to help me choose flavors. Their positive attitude and great customer service really made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Pulled up to the drive through at 7:36 pm after driving 20 minutes over and the gentleman told us over the speaker they will not be serving anymore icecream because they already went ahead and cleaned everything up. The car in front of us even ordered icecream. Guess they decided they close before 8. Extremely frustrating, I’ve come here 15 minutes before closing before and never had any issues. Kindly ensure the hours reflect the time food will no longer be served.

I was searching for an ice cream cake for my husband’s 40th birthday and come to find out you can download ANYTHING any picture, and have it put on your cake so here’s mine.
The cake was chocolate with PB and chocolate ice cream.
A little pricey but absolutely delicious.
Oh and it was done in 24 hours.
I would recommend these guys.

We went to this location 4 different weekends. Each time we were met with them not having my husband’s favorite ice cream (peanut butter chocolate) or his second favorite (rocky road). We asked the cashier on the fourth visit when would they be getting it back. She informed us that she believed the peanut butter chocolate was discontinued (not true).
When we did get our ice cream, it was pretty much milk with a little bit of ice cream. My medium ice cream was filled half way with the shake and then topped half way with whip cream. Their ice cream is way too expensive to not get a cup with half ice cream and half whip cream. Very disappointed!

Rude staff! And clearly you guys need to update your hours posted on doors and windows. We stopped by on Sunday September 26, 2021 at 1:30pm to purchase a ice cream cake for my niece. Both lobby doors were locked to avoid customer entrance into the lobby. Finally a staff member came to open the door to tell us that lobby was closed because they were short staffed. I don’t know how when we clearly saw about 5 people inside. We asked him that we wanted a cake and if we could look at them to purchase one. He said we had to drive through the drive thru and they could show us the cakes through the drive thru. Clearly this would create more work for them and made no sense! All we ask for is to look at the cakes and then we could drive through the drive thru to purchase it. Not to mention he was rude and seem to not care. Never coming back here again!

I’ve tried twice to take me nephew for ice cream at this store. Both times around 7:30pm. Both visits I was told the ice cream machines were shut down for cleaning. This seems crazy that an ice cream store would shut down all of their ice cream machines an hour and a half before closing time. Thank goodness McDonald’s was open and serving ice cream.

Worst BR ever. Ordered extra thick shake which means one additional small scoop of ice cream. Charged $2.99 for that extra scoop and it was still as thin as chocolate milk.

Never had any bad experiences here. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick. Exclusive items since it’s a Dunkin-Baskin combo/hybrid. The prices are standard.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.Tried paying with a $50.00 and was told they could not take a $50.00 for a $37.00 transaction…then pushed the sign to my face so I could read it. This is the second time I have walked out because of rudeness and this is the last. Come on Troutman…we are a small community and we expect better than this.
