Employees refused to talk to us and walked out of the store, leaving no one behind the counter to help the customers.
Went for their annual 80 cent scoop promotion. Employees said they didn’t know how to do the promotion and try in the app. The app said the store was closed (it was obviously not closed, us and a dozen other customers were in there 1+ hour before closing). Ordered a cake for a party on Christmas. We were told on the phone that they were open until 5 on Christmas, so we had the pickup at 3. Went to pickup the cake and they were closed and nobody was there. Tried calling the number for over a week and nobody would ever answer, so we finally went in person to speak to somebody about what happened. Manager tried to just hand us the cake, which was completely deformed and probably inedible at this point, as if nothing had happened. We obviously refused the cake and asked for a refund, which we were told was impossible since the owner wasn’t there. Manager said the owner would call the next day. The owner never called, but the manager did and said we had to come BACK in and get the refund. We said to just refund the card, he said no, we said send a gift card instead, he said no, we had to physically come back to the store, when we were just there. We asked for the owner’s number, since he was supposed to call us and never did, and he gave it to us. Called and texted the owner 4-5 times and they always ignored us. This still hasn’t been resolved over a month later, completely ridiculous.

Horribly run restaurant, do not go here. I ordered a sundae and small ice cream through door dash. Dasher waited at the restaurant was told by the cashier that they had no orders. After the dasher showed them the receipt, they still refused to make the order and sent him on his way. I tried calling baskin robins twice, no answer both times.

So I’m from Charlotte NC were the customer service is a lot different. I just had the worst experience ever at a Dunkin Baskin Robbins. There was at least 3 workers sitting on the counters one eating an orange, putting the peelings on the counter. The guy that took my order was on his phone and didn’t even speak to me. I had to ask if he was ready to take my order.
No way would I ever go back or even recommend anyone to ever go to that customer service Dump! I wish I could give
– 5 stars. They should fire the whole staff and start over. The only positive thing was the coffee was good and that is it.

I ordered delivery tonight and I get a phone call from my delivery service saying that Baskin Robins doesn’t have what I ordered. How do you not have vanilla, chocolate and banana?! That’s ridiculous. It’s simple and basic. A banana split is the most basic thing ever. Why would you force me to cancel my order?! I’m pissed. If you really didn’t have it, then it shouldn’t be on your menu for selection!!!!! Horrible service. Never ordering again.

I recently visited this ice cream shop and was thoroughly unimpressed. The selection was limited, with a very small scope of flavors to choose from. But what really made my experience terrible was the service. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, making me feel like I was a bother for even being there.
Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I would rather drive a few miles out of my way to buy ice cream from a different shop than return to this one. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs!

Every single time I have come to this Baskin-Robbins in the last 1.5-2 years, they don’t have sugar cones. I don’t understand how that’s possible. I even called ahead once to see if they had sugar cones and was told yes only to get there, and they didn’t. I once asked at the drive-thru if they had sugar cones and was told they did. I ordered my cone and was about to be handed a waffle cone at the window. Smh
I thought there must’ve been a shortage of sugar cones or something, but I’ve been able to get sugar cones in this time period at 3 other Baskin-Robbins locations. It’s just annoying because this one is way more convenient. This franchise needs to get it together.

we were here with my son and this person came out very rude racist I listened to him I had waited a long time for an ice cream and iced coffee after they made me the drinks they told me I have to go make another line to pay this busy several people waited I told him to the cashier to please charge me that I had waited a long time and it came out very heavy and rude I have been to this store twice I live in DC but I will not go shopping again they are terrible customer service the customers pay their salaries they have to be nice not rude discriminatory because I am Hispanic and the other client was from the same country as her Ethiopian that is why she wanted to attend to her first they are both Ethiopian

My poor door dash driver arrived to get our pint of chocolate ice cream and two chocolate dipped waffle cones, only to be told that they didn’t have it and were trying to offer plain cake cones and vanilla soft serve. Trying to rip off customers with a cheaper alternative, maybe? When I called the store and asked about it, the employee hung up on me and didn’t answer the next two times I called. Two thumbs down for customer service.
