I really enjoy going to this BR location based on its proximity to my apartment as it’s an easy walk to and from. The only drawbacks are (i) Ice Cream Cake options as once I ordered the Mini Cupcake Cake but can no longer order that at this location and (ii) that I cannot get cake icing as an ice cream topping. I LOVE BR’s cake icing and wish I can get it added to my ice cream. Other than that I am satisfied.

I went there and I tried the sugar cone the flavor I love the pralines n cream, and cookies and cream ice cream. Was soooo Delicious I ordered the banana split too.

I ordered two different pints of ice cream. The clerk delicately laid a couple of folds into the containers, non-packed, deliberately smoothing over the top to create the illusion that the container was full. Full of air, it was. she went to put the two pretend pints-full of ice cream into a bag when I said , “Wait.” And I lifted the container to confirm the thing was full mostly of air. I had to insist she open up the pints and put in more. It amounted to only about half a pint. She then fill it more, two more scoops but still did not pack it in. The other pint, different flavor, was about 2/3s full maybe. I’m so disgusted with the attempt at literally gipping me out of my money. Very very disappointing. I mean what the heck. It felt like when Chipotle started cutting back on the volume they would spoon into your cardboard bowl and right before you eyes the finished meal was literally half the size it was the previous time I ate there. I had to stop them and say, “More.” I literally would have walked away and made them eat it. So insulting.

Our first visit here. In town visiting relatives. The crew working the counter was courteous & friendly. The place got very busy right after we received our orders, but the crew took care of everyone handily all the while smiling & being courteous. The place was very neat & clean & almost shown even though it’s not a new place! Of course the ice cream & frozen yogurt were delicious! When we’re back in the area we’ll come here again.

Impressed they can get so much ice cream on a sugar cone! Great job! Also impressed they have so many options to fit various dietary restrictions. Even really good vegan options (cookie dough!). Good value and selection.

I ordered an ice cream cake from this location. The cake was delicious and looked like the picture. However, we also got a cone of ice cream while we were there and the cone tasted gross. It had picked up the backed up bathroom smell that permeates this place. Also, when we were ordering the cake, they didn’t have the cake toppers organized. So they had to search all over to see if they even had the toy for the top of the cake. Also, the people working at the shop weren’t very friendly. While the cake was good, I will not be back to this location.

Bought 3 waffle cones. Unfortunately, the waffle part was stale. The lady behind the counter told me “you shouldn’t have bought it if you think they are stale” well, there is know way of knowing if they are fresh before you buy them. I did ask if they were fresh and if they were daily made. I guess she lied. Called corporate and complied. The owner emailed me 3 weeks later offering me a “free cone” I said I bought 3 and tried to explain the concept of what replacing vs free is. He didn’t get it and refused to reimburse me for the stale cones
