The drink they gave me I think the mangonada just tasted and felt like I was drinking ketchup. Tried to go in there and discuss it but the workers had like one brain cell to share so couldn’t get far in that conversation.

The service was very, very slow with more then enough workers. Also I was very disappointed they didn’t have all the flavors that Baskin Robbins claim they have. I was hoping to get a strawberry Dragon fruit! Good location though right on the boardwalk.

It is combined with Dunkin Donuts. Sadly, normally I rate places like this a good score because it is a chain. The service here was by far the worst I have experienced at a Dunkin’ Donuts and also on the broad walk. There was at least 8 employees working, but four employees were not working. One of the employees was doing squats -_-. I WAITED 8 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE ICE COFFEE. Another customer waited 10+ for her drink. We did not have anyone in front of us for 5-6 minutes of that time. It is very disappointing to see employees messing around IN FRONT of customers while customers are waiting a unacceptable time for their item. I recommend another DD/BR other than here.

The ice cream is delicious, and they have the best variety of flavors comparing to other ice cream places on Boardwalk. The service was quick, and COVID-19 guidelines were followed.

We went in and waited 5 minutes to be helped. We then found that they do not have regular Dunkin donuts items, such as a Carmel coolata. We then ordered our other drinks while trying to decide what else to order. After ordering our other drinks and trying to help my sister order her usual the cashier repeatedly asked us if we were done ordering. We said no every time. When my sister decided what she wanted, the girl said ” Ok. 2 minutes please!” We then waited for 15 minutes for our 3 drinks. It doesn’t take that long to make a frozen hot chocolate, strawberry coolata, and a regular coffee. It was definitely NOT worth the wait, or the price.

This Baskin Robbins is dirty. Container that had pink spoon for customers had old ice cream caked up in their. Very dirty!! The bathroom had brown dirty tissue throughout the bathroom. Waffle cone was stale.

Family in front of me in line spoke Spanish, and the clerk just yelled at them when they didn’t understand his question. They let us use the bathroom though.
