The staff was incredibly friendly! I really appreciated their excellent communication and positive, warm attitude. The ice cream was absolutely delicious! Overall, it was just a fantastic experience all around!

I would have given 5 stars but I want this review to be seen by the store hence one star.
I have visited this place several times and love the customer service and overall the ice cream experience.
But I was very disappointed from the last visit.
So 5 stars for all the times except the last one.
If you see the images all are just single scoop. But the image with just 1 scoop is the quantity I got every-time throughout years but the second image you see is from the recent visit and 5 out of 6 scoops all have significant empty space.
In other stores as well I get the similar quantity as shown in the 1st image which has a single scoop.
To buy these 6 scoops I have used the Parent Scoop Pass in my BR app where I am paying $1.99 + tax for a single scoop. If the quantity has reduced because I am taking advantage of this promotion I don’t think its fair.
Hopefully they do not discriminate against a customer availing a promotion in the future.
As this has been my favorite ice cream shop I would really not like to switch my loyalties to another location.

The environment was clean and beautiful, the staff was friendly and displayed fantastic customer service. Shout out to Saad and Valerie!
There was so much variety to the ice cream flavors. I had a delicious strawberry cheesecake flavor and was given a generous amount to eat!
Even the community of customers that visit the store are friendly and make you feel welcomed.
I look forward my next visit!

When entering the store, I was delightfully greeted by the employees that really made me feel comfortable ordering from their store. They were very patient and made the visit very welcoming, and I enjoyed my visit so much that I am now a repeat customer, as an enjoyable atmosphere such as the one inside Montgomery Village’s Baskin Robbins is the type that hooks people back into their store.

She washed her hands after coming from the stock room and before taking my order and making my 3 scoop Sundae, which she made with care. The ice cream shop is also very clean inside from the tops of counters to the floor.
I recommend this Baskin and Robbins above all in the Gaithersburg and Germantown areas.

Saad Was amazing at helping my class when we came on a Friday morning. I came with my Special ed class who go out in the community and practice their social skills in stores. He was extremely patient, kind, and Oh yeah pleasant with all my students. He took the time to take each of our orders and allowed my students to take their time as well. So grateful he was here on the day we came.
