They had half of their flavors pulled over an hour before closing. I went in with my mom. Her first choice they didn’t have (although the flavor tag was still up). Then I ordered, and the flavor I wanted was empty. But they still had the bin and name tag on display. Then I ordered a different one. When they went to scoop it was drop a different flavored bin (according to the name tags) so I spoke up so I’d get the correct flavor. Turns out it was the correct flavor they just 2 of the same flavor in a row and didn’t remove the name tag of the other. I genuinely try to be understanding for people in the service industry, but if a particular flavor isn’t available, why keep the labels up that say you have them? Highly frustrating.

I honestly saw the reviews and I said you know I’m still going to give them a try but no.. I regret it.
Went inside the staff definitely didn’t want to be there. They were short with their answers, rushed us. My son wanted a chocolate covered cone they didn’t have it. He asked for maybe chocolate drizzle, they didn’t have it. There were no napkins for guest to grab. Place wasn’t the best looking inside. Now I see why they have such a low rating.

Accepted our online order for two items. Drove to the location only to be told that they didn’t have any of the items we ordered, despite the website confirming they did. Staff member apologized and offered a refund and said to go to a “real” BR instead of a combination.

Don’t bother stopping here. They are perpetually out of the flavor that you want, if they even have ice cream at all. That’s happened to me too. Recently, they couldn’t even make a chocolate shake, be it with chocolate ice cream or vanilla with chocolate syrup. It happens too often for this to just be a coincidence. My experiences are based on the drive through only. Go to a different location or somewhere else.
