I’ve been to this location three times. The workers were nice enough and the ice cream was good. However, the last time I went they had a dead roach(?) and a living smaller bug in their cone display. Do what you wish with this information.

Re visited this Baskin Robbin’s again. Im giving it 4.5 stars ⭐️ because of the service. The two ice cream barristers are very friendly and even though this place gets spurs of crowds. They attend every that walks in with the same curtesy and efficiency.
This is one of the true Baskin Robbin’s left in the metro area. The other never have donut not ice cream.
If you truly would like the experience of the old Baskin Robbin’s this is a must. It will bring you back memories.
My wife love it because this is the only place we’re she can get a banana split. The others never have bananas not the ice cream she wants.

The staff here is friendly and the ice cream is good. However there is no indoor seating and the outdoor seating is dominated and controlled by vicious crows who will make bird noises, fly, and try to steal your ice cream. They need to get the crows out of here so they stop disturbing customers. Otherwise it’s very nice.

Some might say the problem with Baskin-Robbins is too many choices. My choices are limited to only those that have no sugar added. Baskin-Robbins has two flavors. Neither of them chocolate or vanilla that are no sugar added. It is also one of the best no sugar added ice creams that can be found. I chose caramel turtle truffle but I could have chosen pineapple cocoanut as well. Always a great place for dessert.

The young girl working tonight gave me the smallest scoops ever, I ordered a 3 scoop sundae the scoops did not even fill half the cup, it was a pitiful looking ice cream sundae. She did not dip the scoop in the water before scooping etc you can tell she was new but still it’s the point of the fact. Very disappointed.

Counter clerk repeated order, still got it wrong, was going to throw it away. Daughter said it was okay but get the right flavor this time. Asked them to give her the wrong order (one scoop) for free since they made a mistake and her birthday was in a week. They said no, had to pay for both the wrong order and the correct order. Not customer friendly and cheap, to say the least. Service is terrible at this location. Other reviews bear this observation out. Also ice crystals in my order. Go somewhere else

Bad customer service for customized ice cream cakes!!
I had my pick-up time scheduled at 11am and they did not open until 11:30am.
Later after that, my photo that was supposed to go on the cake came out blue tinted not with the actual photo color.

I come to this place with the kids all the time like once every week ! The place is always on point with the ice cream flavors and varieties. The people that work there are helpful and courteous. They are very patient I must say! I walk in there with 3 kids with 3 different requests. This is the neighborhood ice cream place to go!
