My bf and I drove 20 mins to get a tub of Jamoca ice cream and the employee told us “We’re not doing ice cream at this time”. It would make sense if they ran out as Jamoca is a very popular flavor that is often out at other locations. But when he asked the employee why they weren’t doing ice cream (which is already a large part of the menu) all we got was a giggle and an “I don’t know” from her. This makes no sense; either there is an easily explainable reason why or she was just being lazy… We tried to clarify and ask if there were any pre-packed tubs of ice cream but she said that she would check the freezer, disappeared for barely a few seconds and told us that there were none. Horrible customer service, no apology, no goodbye or any type of care in the world. There probably isn’t a point to writing this review as this location already has tons of negative comments but I can definitely see why they do.

I should’ve checked the ratings first. Thanks, BR, for wrecking a childhood comfort food for me. Your mint chocolate chip tasted like someone sprinkled cinnamon all over it, the sugar cone tasted like it had been in a refrigerator with maybe onions, and the 17 sprinkles that the server put on top of my scoop were NOT worth 99 cents, not even when I told him to put more on there (he made an effort, I suppose, with unreasonable success).

Wow. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Horrible customer service! I tried to redeem my wife’s birthday scoop and they didn’t have chocolate or cookie dough flavors. I asked for the cashier to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t. I asked if she could call in to a different location so I could still redeem it and she just kept on repeating “I’m not sure about that.” I suggested that I could call myself if she would talk to them and she said the same thing. I have no idea what the owner is doing – this place is horrendous.

Worst location I’ve ever been to!!!
1) Always a long wait.
2) Never has very many flavors. They haven’t had my flavor for over a year now. Only 11 last I checked. You’ll find the grocery store has more BR pre-packed variety when comparing this store’s pre-packed and scooped choices combined. Sad because I’ve never seen another location this bad.
3) Even doughnuts are out of stock by the afternoon.
4) Dirty
5) Staff always seems unmotivated. I watched a worker serve what looked like a half scoop to a customer and tried to pass it off as full even if her sister’s scoop was obviously bigger (normal size). When her Mom complained, they refused to fix it and insisted it was normal.

Why is this place always so inefficient and slow? The workers are sometimes rude, and there I just no sense of urgency. Right now, there’s 4 cars in the in the drive thru, and no one answering the person that’s at the intercom. Not efficient, bad customer service.

Perhaps the worst service ever. I arrived to purchase a Polar Pizza for a gift. The staff told me I had to order thru an app on my phone. I asked if I could order directly from them, and they stated no. I asked if I could order from a computer and they stated “no -it must be through the app”. So the next day I downloaded the app and ordered one and Baskin-Robbins gave me a pick up time. I arrived at the store and the SAME worker tells me I should have given more time to pick up the Polar Pizza as it takes a day or two. I told him the app gave me this time I didn’t choose it. His reply was “that app doesn’t work.” This is the same man who told me to use the app on the previous day. I asked what I should do and he called his manager. After a call with the manager – he stated “yeah, we don’t do Polar Pizza’s any more.” This is the same guy who told me I should have given it a day or two (or maybe a thousand, I guess). So two wasted trips and I have nothing to show for it it. No “I’m sorry.” He didn’t even apologize. The manager didn’t want to speak to me to apologize. This place is ridiculous – go buy your ice cream from any other store. I bet the management doesn’t even reply to this post.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Baskin-Robbins. Despite being the only customer in the store, it took the employee over a minute to acknowledge my presence. I tried to order a banana split, which was clearly listed on the menu with a picture, but the employee seemed confused and started searching through the ice cream flavors. He appeared to have limited English proficiency and eventually told me they didn’t have the necessary ingredients. It was a very disappointing visit.

This location has the worst customer service, was filthy and had very little options. The young man was rude from the very beginning, beyond words for no reason. We asked if they had mint chocolate chip thinking there was more in the back room. He rudely said “if it’s not there than we don’t have it.” That was just the very beginning of the worst Baskin Robbins experience. Corporate should be embarrassed to have employees such as those at this location to represent them. This young man gave us a fake name – “Nathan”. He’s extremely rude and angry.
