I visited this location on December 25th with my child hoping to get some ice cream. My child was interested in the Very Berry Strawberry flavor but before we could get it, a worker who has been coughing and sneezing in the back (and sneezed into their hands), bagged an online order and then placed it into where the ice cream was and specifically on top of the flavor my child wanted. I brought up my concern with the worker stationed at the serving area and requested if they could replace the ice cream in there with a new container from the back and they responded by telling me that wasn’t possible and “why you gotta be so damn complicated”.

Baskin Robbins is not sticking to its slogan of 31 flavors! Family and I decided to go out for ice cream only to find out they were out of most of the flavors we asked for, strawberry really?! But, to top it off the employee didn’t even go to the back to see if they had more and used the lame excuse of “I only work here”, which I understand but what happened to taking pride in your work and at least going to the back freezer and checking.

My first time at this location. Quick service which is good because this seems to be a great location. Very busy but they were able to service all their customers very quickly. If you’re looking to eat in, it may be a little hard to find a seat. Looks like it’s more of a take out than a eat in but they do have seating not just an abundance of seating available.

Great ice cream, my favorite kind is Mont chocolate Chip and usually am not disappointed. Only when they are out of it! Nice place but a little cold atmosphere, so maybe try to go when the weather is warmer outside. Seems clean and good the way they treat the ice cream!

My daughter and I come in a couple of times a month to get ice cream and I’m always impressed with the service. The staff is very friendly and fast and I feel like they value me as a customer. The dining room is always clean too which is important to me. It’s become my favorite place to get ice cream!

The place is clean and the people friendly; however, the last two times I’ve been there with my family, they have been out of whipped cream, and cherries. It’s really hard to have a sundae without whipped cream and cherries….. and really frustrating when they don’t tell you up front, but wait until after you order. For an ice cream shop, that is something that should be posted on the door for people to read before walking in.

Delicious ice Cream. Its attached to Dunkin Donuts and the worker with the visible attitude should definitely be fired she doesn’t hide the fact she hates her job and waiting on customers. I told her she should find another job were she doesn’t have to work with the public or check her nasty attitude at the door before work
