If you are looking for customer service do not go to this place. It say open 24hrs but I came the employee was just seating in lobby doing nothing, I pulled up to drive thru kept saying hello to order he did not answer. When I pulled up to the window to order i asked if I should go around because he did not answer he told me” im busy here , how you want me to help you” I asked you busy? He answered “yes you want to order or no” I said thanks and drove away… that would be my first time and im glad I did not waist my money and will never come back again.

Went there and simply asked for sprinkles at the drive thru, the worker was so rude. And when asked if she could just sell the topping like it says on the menu she had an attitude and kept ignoring. When I pulled up to the window she was talking on the phone “supposedly to the manager” whom i requested to speak with. And she says “ I don’t want you to touch my phone just speak” giving weird racist vibes. If that even was the manager on the phone she does not run that place well, because the worker seems extremely entitled like she can just treat customers however she wants bc she knows the manager personally. Extremely disgusting way to run a business. Corporate honestly needs to further look into this location bc clearly it’s failing.

We went here to order ice cream at 12:46am to order ice cream. We asked him what flavor of ice cream they had and he said to check online and that he had 30 flavors of ice cream. So we checked online and every flavor we mentioned he said they didn’t have. So we asked what flavors does he have and then he just went mute. No joke, the guy just stopped talking. Keep in mind we were the only people at the drive through and he was just talking to us. When we drove pass the window, he hid himself until we drove away. Absolutely wild experience all because he was too lazy. I’ll never understand why they make these people managers

Great place! Had to order a specialty cake for my daughters 10th bday and I was nervous to try out a new spot but I went with it. Whatever concerns I had, it was easily communicated to Sam! I’m so happy I chose this place!! Sam helped me have the ice cream cake I really wanted!! It was above and beyond!!! Thank you to Sam and their awesome cake making place!!!
