This location absolutely sucks in every way. First off it used to be 24 hours and now it closes at like 10 PM which is a drastic change. I mean, you can’t even stay open until midnight especially when you are in a very busy area. Then they never have anything that you need. They run out of Bavarian cream doughnuts, and now I want to buy the Dubai chocolate sundae that all the other Baskin-Robbins that are actually open 24 hours actually have but this one does not have it. Why would you not offer A super popular dessert that all the other Baskin-Robbins have and why would you not have Bavarian creams which are pretty traditional in any Dunkin’ Donuts/BR. The only reason I would ever go here is because it’s close to my house, but I try to avoid this one if possible

Horrible Service! Inconsiderate to the customer. I will never spend another dime at this location or order another cake. My son’s Birthday cake is ruined and I couldn’t even receive any type of accommodation. I was given an I don’t care attitude and sent me on my way. I am highly disappointed. This was my first and last time ordering a cake from Baskin Robbins.

This particular store is a combination of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins. I stopped by in the morning one day and the traffic here in the drive thru was just out of the ordinary. There’s a huge parking lot outside. One peculiar thing about the drive thru is that the line circles around a liquor store, which is besides this Dunkin but don’t worry, there’s proper signs to navigate you to the drive thru.
This location was very busy during a weekday morning and the food that we ordered was decent. We had ordered curbside pickup and we got our order in a timely manner. Some coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a couple triple cheese croissant. The sandwiches were decent, the coffee amazing but, the triple cheese croissant was not great. Couldn’t taste the triple cheese at all and for the price that they are offering this, I would stay away from it.
If you’re looking for a good coffee to kickstart your day, this place would suffice your needs. If you wanna grab some breakfast, I’d advice to try a few items from the menu and decide yourself.

Ok so when your whole family yearn for ice cream and that too when its late at night, you drop in to baskin-robbins for it being close enough to satisfy those cravings. I wasn’t expecting the store to be busy during that time unfortunately drive thru was a tad bit busy as dunkin n baskin works together and they only had one employee who was managing the dunkin drive thru along with baskins’ orders.
I still like going to baskin-robbins, infact my family loves their ice creams. Their ice creams are Not too sweet also which is good.

they never have dubai chocolate ice cream bars. everytime you ask they tell you its sold. all other store that are 24hrs have them in stock all the time.

Service was great what I like the most, they weren’t really busy easy and fast walk in to pick up and fast to leave. I pre-ordered my daughter’s birthday cake so that was great as well! they also gave my kids free munchkins since it was her birthday

Went to this Dunkin’ donuts and Baskin Robbin’s establishment late at night and had an amazing experience which made my day. The kindest worker, Atif (or Aatif, i am unsure of the spelling), provided the best service and was so kind to talk to. What a hardworking employee, and wonderful man! Highly recommend!

The customer service here, on average, is terrible. The worker who served me today was nasty when I ordered, screamed at me SIR when she was making my coffee and thought I was leaving, and then growled at me without any acknowledgement of my purchase when I took the drink. Maybe it would have been a better experience with on-the-go, but I will not return to order at the counter. In addition, we have ordered the Reese’s Layered Sundae at this location many times and the worker either had no clue how the make the sundae or invented her own concoction that was clearly not even close to what was pictured, different toppings and flavors etc. Very, very disappointed after many visits over a length period of time. I wish them better training for a better customer experience in the future.
