If you’re looking for a great restaurant in Brunswick GA, look no further than Basil Thai and Sushi! I recently visited on a Friday night and was blown away by the fantastic food, charming ambience, and positive vibe. The location is perfect, and the restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Although the prices are a bit on the high side, the quality of the food and service more than justifies the cost. Overall, I highly recommend Basil Thai and Sushi for anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great dining experience!

So lovely!! We split the duck with a side of noodles and could not have been more full after. The sauces are wonderful and the duck was crisp and moist. It was extremely busy and still the service and food was quick and wonderful.

I chose to eat here because I had been craving sushi and the reviews said the sushi was the best in the area. Sadly, it was probably the worst sushi I have ever eaten in my entire life. The atmosphere was cute though, and the bartender was good. Overall though, a poor experience.

Service not always 100% attentive but friendly. Fried rice was very good even though i will never understand why you serve a „fatty“ mayonnaise sauce along with it. Probably that’s just the American taste, as mayonnaise has nothing to do with this traditional dish

Nice atmosphere inside but we opted to sit outside to take in the city ambience. Spider Roll was very good. Also had the egg rolls which were a bit greasy and not a-lot if flavor. I will be back to try out other dishes.

looked at the website and saw they were open until 10:00. Called to make a reservation at 8:30 and was asked if we could come at 8:00. When we told them that we were driving over an hour they said that would be fine. Update your web page please, your hours say 10:00 in your menu was not the same as on the website. Had my mindset on some definite dishes, none of which were available. With that said, I had the Tom Kah. It was by far the best dish of the evening. Quite tasty. Although they did not remove the fibrous lemongrass! Also had dumplings. They were okay, a little mushy, but good. I had the ginger grouper. It was not worth the price. The flavor was okay. My date had the Thai fried rice, it seemed fine. All in all, and average, although pricey, meal. But the soup was very good.

The service here was one of the best, thanks for maintaining that through staffing shortages. We had the emperor sushi & sashimi platter and pad thai. The sushi platter was visually striking and it comes with salad and the most watered down miso soup. The sashimi was fresh but verrrry thinly cut. We got the dragon and spider roll and they were just ok. The tuna tataki was also just ok. The pad Thai was fine. Our waiter was very attentive and active, even though he seemed like the resident bartender, and I saw other servers just standing around. He even got out hot sake to the perfect HOT temp.
