Not impressed. Ordered through app called Ritual. Ready in 10 min. I was there in 5. Food was waiting on the counter. Started eating within a couple of min. Pot Stickers were COLD. Tofu and Broccoli in Fried Rice COLD. I went back to restaurant and all she could say was that it was sitting there for 5 minutes and that’s why it was cold. I’ve gotten food to go and ate 20 minutes later and the food has still been hot. I’m guessing they made a bunch of food in advance to the lunch hour and that’s why it was cold. The fact that she didn’t apologize, then try to say it was because I waited to long really irked me. Never eating there again.

Their chef makes one of the best Pad Thai I have ever tasted! I highly recommend their Pad Thai. The portion amount is a lot for the fair cost. The service is always friendly and fast. No complaints.

It’s OK had the penang curry. They didn’t ask spice level because I think you have to add spice from the condiments area. Red pepper sauce is decent. The rice, chicken, and curry sauce were just ok. More veggies neededwith it besides a few bland red bell pepperstrips.I don’t know why I left a tip because nothing is served. Also, finding a table at lunch hour is tough so I ended up sitting on a wooden partition.
Conclusion: poor value for money. Won’t return. There are other restaurants in this food court that may be better but frankly my “meh” experience here has put me off. Lack of seating is enough not to come back.

One of the best places you can go for Basil Chicken in Seattle. I highly recommend the Crispy garlic chicken – it is their best dish. I actually have a co-worker who ate that for 5 days in a row!

I’ve eaten here before and thought it was ok, though not great. Today I had Pad Kee Mao. It was inedible. The noodles were overcooked and literally in two big lumps that I couldn’t pull apart with chopsticks or even my fingers. There were almost no vegetables, the tofu was simply placed on top and not stir fried into the dish. I took it back and assumed they would remake it for me. The man at the desk said “that’s the way we serve it here.” I was surprised and disappointed and will not eat here again.

I ordered the pad kee mao for $9.50 (before tax). It was horrible, horrible, horrible. The portion size was really small. The container was a 40 oz container and it was half full. The noodles were tasteless, very soggy, oily and there were hardly any vegetables or chicken.

It’s a small place in the Columbia tower food court. It can get very busy during lunch time and food can take a while. Overall the food is ok not great but good if you feel like Thai and are nearby

Love the variety in items you can choose, super fast service and overall great test. Lemongrass chicken with zesty chilli lime sauce was my favourite!

Excellent Thai place for lunch if you are downtown. I order the yellow curry with tofu every time, I can’t resist it!
