Food was great and so was the service.the potato came hot and was delicious. Variety of options for meat and toppings. Definitely get the guava or mint lemonade. We got to have a sample and got one each both were delicious. 10/10 Experience would go back. My only wish I is that I got more cheese on the potato.

The food was nothing to rave about. Flavors were bland, potatoes were less than fresh and the meats were pulverized, not pulled beef. Bacon bits were more like powder. The food we were served was not at all how we ordered it. Asked for our sauces on the side, they drizzled them on top. I guess that I’m not at all surprised. The store representative was having a phone conversation, with earbuds in. Some I don’t believe that they hearts anything that I said. Two potatoes, on with just butter and cheese. Almost thirty dollars. What?

Kinda hidden, but definitely a nice place to grab some food. You get a huge baked potato, which is then filled with your choice of meat, cheese, veggie, whatever! You end up with a very large, very loaded baked potato. Ours was large enough for my wife and I to split it while walking around the mall. We got the “Sarah’s Special” which had shredded beef, onions, BBQ sauce, cheese and we added olives. The owner was the one serving us, and he fun to talk to while he prepared our food. Apparently, “Sarah” is the co-owner for whom Sarah Special is named.

Girlfriend and I split a large potato with taco beef, corn and the sauce he recommended. Pretty sure the owner is the one working. Saw some reviews on speed. Good things take time, for something so simple, it tasted anything other than simple. A potato tasting better than a potato, I don’t know how to describe it other than that. You just have to try it. If you want something half asked go to McDoanlds. If you want what you want and don’t want it messed up with friendly service, go here. We are from Buffalo, but came here because we never experienced this mall. Again, 5 stars can’t ask for a better experience. Oh yeah, and Go Bills!

Wife and I stumbled upon this gem on the 2nd floor of the Mall. What an incredible surprise it was! Starting right off with the service from the owner, the experience was top notch! The potato was freshly baked, the toppings were all fresh (so many to choose from), and the pricing is on point. We very much enjoyed every bit of visiting! Definitely will be back! Unfortunately the only photos I got were after, but you can see that nothing was left for waste!

My girlfriend and I went on a little date here, the food was phenomenal we got the cup of elote corn and the hot cheeto chicken potato and split them both, potato was HUGE and we were super full and satisfied with leftovers after the fact, service was great , absolutely no complaints, go check it out!

Incredible tasting baked potatoes with good selection of toppings to add. It’s literally like a subway for baked potatoes! They have drinks and 3 choices of “snacks” as well. Definitely will be coming here more often. If you are a potatoe lover this is a spot for you, that’s a promise. My pictures posted are the menu as of 7-14-2024, Elote cup of corn, and a small veggie potato with chicken, butter, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, pickles, chives, salt and pepper, and they’re home made sauce that just takes the meal to out of this world.

This was soooo good!!!! You get to pick out whatever toppings you want! Everything was very fresh!! Can customize it so many ways!! Family owned and very kind!! It’s a must try when you go to the mall!!
