Hands down the best pizza in town. We thought we had found the best in town before, but that changed last night.
We ordered a couple of pizzas and chocolate doughballs to try. All were phenomenal.
Service on entry was friendly.
You can tell the ingredients are top quality and everything is made with care. Interesting ingredient combinations (the pickled pineapple and chili is awesome) further elevate the food on offer.
This is now solidly on our small list of regular spots moving forward. Highly recommended.

Myself and my husband ordered the number six pizza, chicken tenders, parmesan and truffle fries and garlic/truffle mayo. Honestly the food was top notch some of the best pizza I have tasted, chicken tenders were super crispy on the outside but juicy inside and the truffle mayo was delish. First time here but will definitely be back.

Big thumbs up frm the son who loves pizza! Made an order online, staff phoned to tell us the pizza was going in the oven so that gave us plenty of time to pick up. Could not fault it!

Went for the first time with my boyfriend, would 100% go again!! We went and didn’t really know what to expect but the man at the counter was really great and gave us time to decide! They are open to customisations on all the pizzas as well which is amazing if you’re a bit fussier. When we ordered, even though they were a bit busy, still offered to bring the food out to our car! When we left all the staff in kitchen as well said goodbye and it was a very chill atmosphere. The pizzas were amazing and the fries selection was incredible. Thank you so much! ☺️

Our go to pizza place. Ordered pizzas for my sons birthday and the kids (and adults) absolutely devoured them! Delicious, the fries are also great not greasy tasty with dips. Base 48 set just around the corner from The Greedy Gorb is a hidden gem. If you like your pizzas get around to here and try them out! I absolutely love the base crust they use, gotta be one of my favourites I’ve had. The cheese and the pepperoni were delicious too! The staff were all friendly and you can pay via card or cash

Had my first experience of a base 48 pizza, vegetarian option, and it was delicious.
Chatting with the owner and staff gave a clear indication that their bespoke service is in a different league from the multiple franchises around them. They clearly want to give the Bangor community something unique. Congratulations are in order for achieving a following clientele which is sure to expand.

Finally, a proper Italian pizzeria in the City of Bangor. The 2 pizzas that were ordered tasted fantastic and fresh throughout, the menu nice and simple (please don’t change the menu). Many say authentic Italian ingredients, but you folks pulled it off with authentic Italian ingredients. Staff were very helpful when i couldn’t decide. Well done to you folks for this wee gem in Bangor.
