Extremely impressed! DoorDash order was well packed, quick and all of the fish very fresh!! Great value for money with the Poke and sushi combo. I love seaweed salad and the mini free one is such a bonus! I will definitely be back. The salmon poke is amazing.

This is literally the ONLY spot in SF that I’ve been to that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for sushi / poke, and the shocking thing is, the food tastes better than the more expensive places!

The poke was definitely worth ordering!! We tried the spicy Salmon poke lunch combo (came with seaweed salad, rice and water) and the shoyu salmon poke, along with a California roll. It was enough to feed two people unless you are a big eater. We were definitely full afterwards. Service is great, owners are nice. Parking is very limited, and there’s always meter maids around, so be careful.

the spicy salmon poke meal is unbeatable for the price! ~$12 after tax for high quality salmon and tasty sauces + a good portion of rice and seaweed salad. mixed all together, it’s a good amount of food for one person. the fish here is also great to buy at this price point if you’re making your own sushi rolls at home.

There is cheap sushi that is yummy and will not make the family sick. Basa has a lot of great Seafood choices, seems quite fresh, and quick to prepare orders. Quite reliable on the consistency of quality as well. This place hasn’t let me down yet. It’s takeout only and their shrimp tempura rolls are a big hit with my kids.

I’m note sure why they don’t have thousands of reviews their food is literally more fresh and flavorful then 5 star restaurants I’ve ordered here twice this week already and only found out about this spot 3 days ago. AMAZING FRESH tasty seafood cooked to perfection DON’T THINK TWICE quality is top tier. I hope this business grows huge!

Really delicious poke – got the small spicy salmon and steamed rice, total was $10 and it’s takeaway. They accept card and Apple Pay. Was high quality! Would recommend asking for soy sauce with the rice. No tables inside. Would come again!

Grabbed the notorious spicy salmon poke and fish tacos from here and I might’ve misunderstood the menu. Coming from Vancouver, we have poke bowls and so I automatically thought that the poke came with rice underneath. NONETHELESS, it was immaculate just on its own. The fish tacos were a little bland to my liking so I added the poke on top and suddenly it was *chefs kiss.

A local gem. Short lines are almost always present. They close at 6:30pm, I’m told by a regular patron there. The claim chowder was homemade and tgick, and tasty, yet too many potatoes. The salmon burger was great. But the real treat is there raw seafood. I had a dragon roll, and it was delicious, bigger than Whole Foods, and less expensive. A local tells me to get the sashimi as it is the freshest around.
