One of my favorite spots for affordable sushi. My favorites are the 49ers roll, spider roll, spicy salmon poke. I tried their hamachi sashimi and it was really good too!

A no frills place to get some basic rolls and poke, but the star is the sashimi. So fresh and delicious! You do have to pay extra for them to slice it for you.

This place is excellent for grabbing lunch during work. Super quick. Their fish is FRESH and the quality is seriously great. The prices are pretty great too. The serving could be larger sure but I don’t find that I need more. Their seaweed salad is impressively good and always fresh, never tastes off. I go here like as often as possible. Never had anything off or bad.

Very yummy small portion of fresh salmon in the Shoyu salmon poke and spicy salmon poke. The shoyu version still came with a deliciously mild chili soy sauce. I ordered with a side of rice for about $10. If you want the combo which comes with fish, rice seaweed, and a water bottle, it is only $11.50 or so. Good deal for a deliciously simple snack! There are two small benches to sit at and eat inside the store entrance, but no tables. I was the only one there around 2:30 pm on Wednesday.

I was in the neighborhood and noticed this spot had amazing reviews for their poke so I had to give it a try. And wow, I’m so glad I did! The spicy salmon poke was incredibly fresh, bursting with flavor, and honestly a solid 10/10. Plus, the prices are unbeatable. Just $8 for the spicy poke and $2.50 for a large rice. A fantastic deal for both your taste buds and your wallet!

I’ve had this place on my radar for a while now, the only thing holding me back being my student budget and an hour of commuting—all of which were very worth it when I FINALLY got around to trying it out here. I came in unsure of what to get near closing time and was recommended the poke. It was so good, the best I’ve had in a while. The two friends I had with me thought the same! We ate right then and there and one of my friends went ahead and ordered some more. The fish was fresh even by the end of the day. The sauces were all very complimentary (light and mildly spicy) and did not mask the flavor of the fish. Seaweed salad was crunchy and sweet. Even the rice is good, but it’s a separate charge. Overall, I plan on coming back.

They’re rationing like it’s WW1 out here. They served a tiny poke portion that was, at best, an appetizer. I get it was only 8 bucks, but you gotta give more than very thinly sliced cubes in a small sushi container.

They also charge you 25 cents for a plastic bag without asking you. You gotta proactively tell them no bag. That’s pretty shady.

To their credit, the fish tasted fine. But if you’ve eaten poke from Hawaii (especially if you one local boy from the islands), you’ll know you’re getting short-changed here for the portions you get. Wouldn’t go back.

Got the spicy salmon poke for $8 and a medium rice for $2. $10 minimum for card. The guy who rang me up was really friendly and the poke tasted good. It has a slight spicy kick with a little sweetness but the sauce doesn’t overpower the salmon. Hard to find parking though. Quick service, take out style. Definitely coming back for more poke and maybe one of their rolls.

A small hole in the wall with tasty sushi, poke and seafood.

I been trying to come here for while and k gut to try it for the first time today. This is a small space that does big let you eat inside so make sure to take it to go.

They have a large selection of sushi rolls and different poke. They have a few rolls in display and most poke can be picked up to do. However if you want to order there, it takes at least 10min to make.

I got two sushi rolls, tuna and spicy salmon and spent approx $12, definitely good value.

I will be back soon!
