A very unpretentious setting with amazingly delicious food beautiful presented. So good we went a second time. Portions are good so we split a starter, first, second, and dessert and it was enough for both of us. ‘Off the menu’ Red wine recommendation was a Barbera and it was a good choice, they are very good at pairing with food. Squeezed us in early on two different week nights during the Olympics!

Incredible food, incredible service, and a lovely family atmosphere that will leave you with lovely memories. Tried the spectacular and colorful ravioli, an incredibly rich yet subtle pasta with wild boar, and finished with the pork neck with polenta. A super cozy experience-make your reservations now! You will be surprised and delighted!

Barzac has such a cool, cosy vibe — a true hidden gem in Milan. The dishes are amazing, full of rich, comforting flavours, and the staff are attentive without ever hovering. Quiet and perfect for a relaxed dinner. The truffle egg starter is incredible, and the polenta with wild boar (sanglier) is hearty, tender and absolutely delicious.

Could not have had a happier time as a solo diner. I feel a bit awkward walking in solo but the owner spotted me and got me sat down on a good table
Small and great feel to the place with an open kitchen, you can see the chefs making the pasta from scratch.
Food was brilliant, service was so friendly but didn’t over do it as can sometimes happen when alone.

What a little gem. A bit niche as all the dishes are from the Piacenza region of Italy. A family run bistro. Everything from the onion stuffed with cod starter to the warm sponge soaked in wine dessert was excellent. The sponge was the best dessert I’ve had this year. Reasonably priced too. If you’re in Milan I’d highly recommend this place. Friendly staff too.

We had a perfect dinner here. Everything we tried was incredibly delicious and unique, the wine was incredible, the service immaculate.
One of the things we shared was a gluten free pasta that was so good, that I think few people could tell apart from a regular one.

Their ravioli with ricotta were soooo tender – melting in mouth. Absolutely delicious! Linguine with beed were also appreciated by my friend, and we loved the way they serve caprese Great place. Would maybe appreciate more selection of wines by glass. Make sure to book in advance!

Lovely little restaurant out of the way on a somewhat quiet street. Piacenza cuisine, my first time trying it. A bit different from what you might expect but they have a good menu book with photos and explanations. The waiters were charming and helpful. Very sweet. We enjoyed everything we ordered. We were so stuffed that we couldn’t eat dessert. Recommended!

Spectacular dinner! We were staying at the Hilton Milan just around the corner and went out on a stroll to find dinner – stumbled upon this gem of a place and could not have made a better choice. The staff were friendly and let us know this was not your typical Italian, they did not serve pizza and their menu changes based on season.
We ordered duck and a steak salad – both were incredible. The duck was bursting with flavor! My partner kept repeating “this was fantastic” over and over! He very much enjoyed the meal!
We also ordered 2 desserts which were delicious!
Thanks for an incredible dining experience!
