Amazing space with cool tunes,(the Roots and Digable Planets.) fantastic bartender Took good care of us and made sure our food was amazing even though it was late. Had curry shrimp and bbq chicken. Can’t wait to go back for the jerk chicken and more. VERY affordable with PLENTY of leftovers for another meal. Almost better the second night after the flavors settled. Will be a regular place for us when we visit Richmond. Thank you Courtney!

Lemme tell you…this place is the Capital of Burgers!!! I ran around for about 3 years looking for a good burger, passed this place several times judging it from the outside and not mention when you go in it’s not the best looking place but if you can get past all of that to get to the prize of a BOMB tasting burger you will not regret it! Now I placed my order over the phone, gave them time and went to pick it up…but when I got there it wasn’t ready & the reason was….(drumroll please) he had to clean the grill!!!! Yes clean the grill… that was music to my ears so it was definitely worth the wait. Forgot Burger Bach and Carytown Burgers & I say that with love….but this Bottom Burger is where you need to get your burger!!!! Portion size is like that too!!! Money well spent!

Waited about 2 minutes before anyone noticed I had walked in, but the service was good once I had been helped. The drink while I waited was great, fries are delicious and the burger smells incredible!

Last night was the first time eating here. Asia was out waitress and she was AMAZING! Shout out to her for the great hookah. The food was good and fresh. I had a buffalo chicken wrap which was delicious. The atmosphere is great too. Will definitely be back.

I went here back when it was Emilios and had a great time, so I was curious when a new spot opened up. Reviews seemed to be pretty good online as well, but unfortunately, we were not impressed. First off, the place was freezing on the side we sat on, which we were warned about; however, we did not plan on being there so long, which was the main issue. We were the only table almost the entire hour and a half we were there. That being said, we figured food would be relatively quick, but that was not the case at all. We waited about an hour for our burger and even longer for our nacho appetizer, which we had hoped to originally have before the burger. Then, we get the check and notice 20% gratuity was added for 2 people. We were not made aware of that unless it is posted somewhere obscure in the restaurant? I more then understand adding gratuity to larger groups and I dont even mind it for 2 as I always like to tip that or more, but patrons should be made aware of this. Food was good, I would not say worth the wait time. The server was the only bright spot as she was very accommodating; we tipped her more even on top of the auto gratuity because I understood most of our issues were out of her hands. All in all, we will not be back, but hopefully this was just an off night for them…

I came here during the halloween bar crawl, and service was unnecessarily rude. You know how one bad memory can sour an entire night? The only memory that keeps playing in my head from that night was the bartender over charging me, then taking the drink from under my nose and throwing it in the trash while giving me attitude. We left after that. Never coming back.
