I picked this place for my friend’s bachelorette brunch on Valentine’s Day. This is my first time here and it has such a nice atmosphere. It is very clean and all the baked goods look delicious. The food was just as good. The staff was very friendly and patient with us as we were overwhelmed with all the options. The French toast is ginormous and delicious. I was amazed that it is the right consistency you expect from French toast given how big it is. I would say that if you plan to eat here with a group please note that it is more so a cafe than restaurant so seating is limited

If you’re looking for anything other than basic black coffee, keep walking. Apparently, their machine has been ‘broken’ for over three weeks now with no fix in sight. It’s hard to enjoy a nice pastry when you can’t even get a simple latte to go with it. Hopefully, they finally call a technician soon!

I used to really love this place for pastries. I knew they had breakfast so my husband and I stopped in. The place looked kinda empty. It used to be such a visual display of pastries but there wasn’t much to look at. The woman who took our order was new but didn’t try to get answers to our questions, she just said “I’m new, I don’t know.” On top of the poor customer service it was a little dirty in there. I noticed a bunch of crumbs around the cash register, our table was dirty when we sat down, the coffee car area was messy and the bathroom was kind of dingy. The food was just average. My breakfast sandwich came on just white, dry bread. And the turkey sausage was links cut up which you can see fell off of my sandwich. My husband ordered a double espresso and received a full cup of watered down espresso.
For what they charge, the service is poor, the place is not very cleanly and the food is average. We won’t be going back to this location.

Subpar breakfast considering the price.
Eggs were well overcooked for an eggs Benedict.
Bacon was very greasy and flimsy despite asking for it to be cooked extra to make it crispy.
French toast was extremely boring. When you make French toast very thick like they did without much seasoning it pretty much tastes like a piece of brioche with syrup.
Probably will still visit for pastries but no longer will consider this place for meals.

It sucks to write this because my wife and I love to come to this bakery, but after this week. We will never go to this bakery ever again. The manager or who ever runs the place when the bakery first opens is extremely rude. We deliver for spark and shipt occasionally in the morning, and the manager was absolutely rude to us, the delivery drivers. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen from a business. Also they didn’t tip, so not only are they RUDE to people DELIVERING THEIR ORDER TO THEM, they also do not tip.
This is scum behavior from a business.

I love this bakery. They have a really good variety of pastries: bear claws, danishes, orange scones, chocolate croissant to name a few. They also have cake pops, macarons, and cakes. Their prices are reasonable and everything I’ve tried is delicious.

I used to really love this place so this is disappointing. It was not busy when I came in and I ordered an iced tea and a pain au chocolate. The service coming from the team member who grabbed my pastry and beverage was very rude, no greeting, no sense of hospitality. The tea was fine—just iced tea, simple enough. The chocolate croissant…I have had better ones at Starbucks, and those ones come in frozen. The consistency was that of a dry dinner roll. The chocolate batons inside were fine, but the pastry was dry and not flaky at all. It seemed stale. Very disappointing for the price, and also disappointed to see that the sizes of other items have decreased, while prices have stayed the same or gone up…with perhaps a drop in quality. I don’t think I will give this place another shot.

Driving by on Route 19 and decided to do a turnaround and try Bartram House Bakery. The sandwich, wrap and fries were so good. Did I sy how much I loved the fries?
They served breakfast all day so I’ll definitely be back for brunch.

I love their delicious pastries.
This was my first time at this location, I usually go to the one in Cranberry.
My friend and I stood there forever before someone came to the counter to take our orders, even though we were the only people waiting and there were multiple people behind the counter. We each got a pastry to eat there and a box of multiple pastries to go.
This was my friend first time at any of the locations, she definitely enjoyed the pastries.
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
Overall the quality of the food is consistent with other locations I have been to, but it must have been an off day for service at this location. I’m not out this way often but next time I am I will still give them another shot

Very cute and trendy inside! I got an iced mocha with 2 pumps of flavored syrup and a chocolate caramel bar. Both were outstanding! I definitely recommend this bakery! The entire pastry lineup looked incredible and makes up for the (presumed) lack of signature seasonal lattes (you can add a seasonal flavored syrup however). The prices were also fantastic! Definitely cheaper than chain coffee shops!
