I love this place! I get the mini double cheeseburger and I’ve never had a bad one. They’re salty and savory in the best way! Today’s was especially delicious. I also LOVE the ice from the front ice maker. It’s almost the texture of a snowcone and I enjoy getting to crunch on the small pieces .

I love lot-a-burgers. They taste great and are definitely my burger of choice. Sadly, the location itself and how it is run prevent me from giving a better review based on the burgers alone. While I appreciate that everything is cooked fresh, I can’t want 20 minutes for what is essentially a fast food meal over my short lunch. There is only one drive through window and no way to place your order before getting there so I can only imagine how long that would take. The restaurant is laid out extremely awkwardly and it’s hard to get around in it. It’s in serious need of remodeling and is noticeably smelly in areas. My fries were also quite overdone and tasted burnt.

We decided to order Lot a Burger for dinner Friday night for our family as we normally LOVE it. We hadn’t had take out in a while so we decided to treat ourselves.
I don’t know if management changed or it’s new employees or they changed suppliers or what since last time we went, but besides 3 of 6 orders being incorrect, the food and quality was not the same.
The lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were mushy. The meat was as thin as (if not thinner) than a McDonald’s burger which makes me wonder if they got new management or changed suppliers.
I normally order a regular lot a burger and I’m stuffed but this was so small in comparison to usual that even if I’d eaten the whole thing it would not have been filling. My children wouldn’t eat their burgers and just ate the bun because the meat was just didn’t taste right to any of us and was not what we were expecting and was not juicy, it was very dry.
I’m disappointed in the $53 we spent on our food for it to mostly end up in the garbage. And the lack of correct orders. It was six orders in total but nothing that crazy, we ordered 4 burgers with nothing but meat and ketchup for the kids and one came with cheese and onions. We also ordered 2 lot a burgers with cheese and no mustard or pickles and they didn’t have ketchup or cheese on them and as I mentioned the vegetables were not fresh looking or tasting.
The fries and onion rings we got were ok but made it hard to enjoy them when the burgers were dry and not what was ordered.
I hope it was an off night because they were busy, but I likely won’t return to find out. It’s hard to justify take out for a family of our size, and if we have a less than stellar experience we don’t want to risk wasting the money again.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! First time here in probably 45 years I’ve even at lot a burger….the young lady was very sweet, great fun atmosphere..cook is great and they brought it out to me and my son so I didn’t have to run back in…
