They had a margarita of the week (spicy pineapple marg) & omg it was the perfect combo of spicy and sweet. I got a raspberry marg after the spicy one and it was perfect as well. The food always hits too. Tacos are bomb!

Had an amazing dinner at bartaco Huntersville! We ordered the Pork Belly + Crispy Rice Bowl, Sesame Ribeye Taco Pack, Cheese Quesadilla for the kids, plantains, and key lime pie — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. The pork belly was the standout — perfectly caramelized with a sweet arbol chile glaze.

A special shoutout to the manager, who went above and beyond — even gifting me a coupon as a first-time guest, which was such a thoughtful touch! It made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated, even though I was just a guest at the celebration.

Hands down best tacos I’ve tried! My husband and I are moving down from New Jersey and we had the most amazing waitress (Kendall) who was so sweet and funny! The manager (Keenan) came by to see how we were doing and conversed with us for a little and then surprised us with a little card as a warm welcome to the town! Both my husband and I have never been treated with such kindness before! To Kendall and Keenan thank you! We will be back soon!!

The people service was great (5/5) but the new system is 1/5. It used to be so much easier having my own bill versus having a table bill where we have to figure out what all everyone ordered. I wish it was like how it used to be where I scan the QR code and then can start ordering.

The place is a great stop! Delicious food and fresh! The staff is pretty hands off bc you just order on a QR code: which definitely has a disconnect from the “high end” area. They have seasonal options and do cater toward dietary restrictions well! The atmosphere is pretty tight and little noisy depending on the day/weekend. You can definitely expect to drop a lot of money for tacos here but you won’t be disappointed! Parking is a bit difficult but there is a parking garage nearby! Overall we had a great experience and were impressed with the food quality! (Didn’t even set long enough for photos lol)
