We recently celebrated our 10-year anniversary at Barry’s Downtown Prime, and the entire evening was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the host warmly greeted us and acknowledged our special occasion, setting the tone for a memorable night. We were seated at the booth we requested, which, while not semi-enclosed, was still very comfortable and private enough to enjoy our evening.

Our server, Shauna, and her teammate provided outstanding service. Shauna took the time to walk us through the menu, explaining the different cuts of steak, the drinks menu, and the day’s specials in detail. Their thoughtful touches, including complimentary champagne, made us feel truly celebrated. They struck the perfect balance of attentiveness without interrupting our time together.

The food itself was extraordinary. We enjoyed the aged ribeye and the house ribeye caps, both perfectly seasoned and cooked to our liking. For dessert, we had the tableside Banana Frosty—a delightful and unique finish to an unforgettable meal. The only note we’d mention is that it would have been nice to know the price of this dessert ahead of time, as it was significantly higher than the regular options. That said, we still thoroughly enjoyed the experience, especially with the personal touch from Manager Russell, who made sure we were having a wonderful evening. His sincerity and hospitality stood out and made the celebration even more memorable.

Overall, our experience at Barry’s was perfect in every way. The service, atmosphere, and food came together to make our anniversary truly special.

IF YOU DON’T TRY THIS WHILE IN VEGAS, GO HOME!!! I’ve been to dozens of steakhouses across the country and when I tell you THIS is the best steakhouse I’ve ever been too… I was recommended from the great wait staff to order the Tasmanian Strip (Wagyu). It was melt in your mouth, cut with a fork kind of good. The sides were great, and the Old Fashioned’s are made and smoked at the table. I will be bringing my team here annually, the ambiance was great, the food was amazing, and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!!! Oh and they had a DJ (not crazy loud) playing absolute bangers!!

This is a must try. We enjoyed a group dinner at the chefs table and everyone walked away saying one of the best steaks they have ever had. Excellent service with a classic upscale steakhouse interior. I had the chef’s special porterhouse that literally melted in your mouth and you will love the unique cooking style that provides an exterior char. Cheesesteak egg rolls were money along with the chocolate cake and banana cream pie. Even the bread was amazing.

WOW. The reviews on Google made me believe this was a nice place. I am shocked!!!

It was so loud in here that you have to scream to get your date to hear you. The music was insanely loud. We basically couldn’t communicate during dinner so we quickly ate our $250 meal and left.

This was NOT A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE A NICE RELAXING SIT DOWN DINNER.

The “Barry’s Steak” was nice and tender at medium rare. Seasoning and flavor was great. The filet mignon was overcooked. The baked potato was bland.

The food was substantially overpriced when you consider the poor ambiance of the restaurant.

We had a reservation on Resy but still had to wait approximately 20 minutes extra. They did not have a table in the restaurant but gave us a table near the bar area.

Bottom line: I wish I could go back in time and book a reservation somewhere else.

A couple of friends and I visited Barry’s when we were visiting Fremont, as I have heard very good things. It took us probably 10-15 minutes to be seated after arriving on time for our reservation, which was fine – we went to the bar and ordered some drinks. The decor and lighting were quite intimate; the restaurant would serve as a good date spot.

We shared the gnocchi, mushrooms/onions, and the lobster mac and cheese, then I ordered the 18oz bone-in center cut rib chop with the baked stuffed shrimp. The gnocchi was phenomenal and while pricey at $24, I would order it again. The lobster mac was $48 and underwhelming to all three of us, as were the $17 mushrooms. As a mushroom lover, I was disappointed.

I believe my friends both ordered the Barry’s steak (rib cap) and said it was OK. I found my steak to be fairly flavorful and the shrimp was nice, but nothing topped or really met our expectations for the prices we were paying. I would come back to sit at the bar, have an espresso martini and an appetizer or two, but I would spend your money elsewhere, like Golden Steer.

Unbelievable experience at Barry’s! Dominic was our server and there wasn’t anything that he missed throughout the entire night. Answered all questions on suggestions, never had to wait for a drink refill, and was just very present attending to the needs of the table.

Started with the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls which were beyond stupid! The amount of taste in this thumb sized appetizer was unreal! 9pcs to the order and easy to share with another person

From there, the French Onion Soup is something to behold! The two cheese combo that included mozzarella was one of the best, if not the best FOS I’ve ever had.

The chopped wedge salad was very tasty with a house ranch. The chunks of bacon included were larger pieces not bacon bits with great flavor.

The main course was a bone in ribeye with stuffed shrimp and whipped potatoes. The ribeye was cooked to perfection, especially for such a thick piece of meat.

We had a birthday at the table and the dessert presentation was very nicely done. A butter toffee cake was brought out and despite not being a fan of toffee, this could be one of the best desserts I’ve ever had!

Finally, we were visited at the table by one of the owners, Yassine, who was the nice and thanked the party for coming to their restaurant.

All in all, Barry’s is a Vegas must visit.

Barry’s Downtown Prime absolutely lived up to the hype. Vinny and Mike from LifeMed recommended this spot to us, and they were 100% right. It was phenomenal from start to finish.

The atmosphere is upscale and intimate, making it perfect for a special night out. Service was dialed in without being overbearing, and the food was on another level. The steak was cooked perfectly, beautifully presented, and packed with rich, smoky flavor, tender and juicy with every bite. The sides complemented the meal perfectly and were just as thoughtfully prepared.

The cocktails and drinks were top notch as well, expertly crafted, balanced, and a perfect match for the meal. You can tell the bar program is taken just as seriously as the kitchen.

This is hands down one of our favorite steakhouses, and we’ll absolutely be back. If you’re looking for an elite steakhouse experience, Barry’s Downtown Prime is a must.

This restaurant is an excellent experience on its own, but I’m writing this review because of the service and attention to detail we received. WOW!! We will 10000% be back soon. We went as a group to celebrate my birthday, but I was also surprising my parents with the announcement of my first pregnancy. Daniel went above and beyond to help us create a memory we will treasure for years to come !! He even surprised me with non alcoholic prosecco so I could toast with the rest of my family and he helped me keep the secret of the announcement during dinner until I was ready. The hostess podium hid a gift I had brought for my mom announcing the baby to come until entrees were ordered. The incredibly delicious dinner (definitely try the rib cap and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls), gorgeous setting of the restaurant and memory of the announcement made it one of the highlights of my whole year ! I absolutely recommend requesting Daniel as a server if you’re celebrating something special, he will happily help make your experience 100/10 ✨ The food itself was all out of this world and chef even came out to show me how to get the most out of my rib cap. I’m so glad we chose to celebrate at Barry’s downtown!

This is the greatest restaurant experience, I have ever had. The service, food and atmosphere are second to none. We had Filet Mignon, George’s Creamed Corn, Gnocchi, and Old Fashioned drink, Sticky Toffee and the parmesian dinner rolls. Our waiter, Edgar, took excellent care of us and gave us an anniversary gift (cheesecake) too. The booth was cozy and quiet. This meal was large and expensive. I can’t overstate how top tier the food was. My wife and I could not stop eating everything. We will be dining at Barry’s every time we are in Las Vegas. Every. Time.
