This place is wonderful. I’m a pastry/dessert snob and always look forward to Barry’s Buns every summer. Crumb cake is amazing, donuts are fresh and their cream filling is perfect. Cookies are incredible and their rugelach is so very good. I can go on and on. I send my husband in to the store with a list of items I want, he hands the list over to one of the lovely employees and he returns with a box full of the best treats. You can’t go wrong here.

Can’t recommend Barry’s Buns enough! We worked with them for our wedding in September this year. They completely understood where I was coming from with wanting a small cake to cut (for the photo) and wanting easy grab desserts. We did trays of cookies, brownies, and, of course, mini cinnamon rolls. Everyone loved being able to grab a dessert without having to leave the dance floor! They were so easy to work with. Always responsive, understanding, and kind! If you’re down during the season to check them out, get their early. They are a can’t miss spot down there! Thank you guys for being part of our big day!!

If you have a sweet tooth than you must visit Barry’s Buns. They have an amazing selection of sweet treats for your enjoyment. Staff are so friendly. My daughter has a peanut allergy and I was worried about ordering their treats, however all my questions and concerns were answered.

They have so many pastries for you to pick from here. Not going to lie, I was nervous because they ran out of cinnamon buns, the only thing I came for, but put out more literally as I ordered. A bit pricey but matched most of the shore prices. Everything tasted good!! Try the chocolate chip cookies!

I came across Barrys from an random news article, so I drove down to Wildwood to try the “Best Cinnamon Buns in NJ”.. And they were absolutely phenomenal. BUT!! I thing the large cinnamon buns have too much icing on them. Unfortunately, to me, it made them really sweet. On the other hand the mini’s that have no icing… are amazing and moist by themselves. I’m not saying the icing isn’t good but just in smaller doses. I would just perfer having a large cinnamon bun with icing on the side or a light amount of icing.
I also have to mention that I tried some of their cookies and a poptart…. WOW!!!… They alone made the hr drive to Barrys worth it. I literally could NOT stop eating them. I would 10/10 recommend. I dont remember what the names were, i’m sorry. I believe one was the sand dune which was a giant chocolate chip cookie. The other one was a rainbow sprinkles cookie… That cookie made my tongue.. dance.. 10/10. Everything I had was great, you can’t go wrong.
My advice is to get there early. The first time I went there around 1230pm right before they closed and they were out of everything. The other 2 times I went and I arrived around 10am. I was basically able to get whatever I wanted. Also check the website for the times and days that they’re open.. They close around 1.. which is early and I believe they were closed on Tuesdays.

I hate leaving a bad review but showed up only to be told they were sold out of everything. The disappointment in my daughter’s face is really what got me. She was so excited to get a big cinnamon roll after seeing pictures. They had some mini waffles left so we got those but they were stale and not good. Coffee was good and the staff treated us nicely but if your hours say you are open you should have stocked products during that period.

Barry’s Buns is awesome! It is so much more than buns. Their cookies, bars, waffles, and cakes are phenomenal. The whole family loves to get their birthday cakes from Barry’s Buns! The staff here is also the absolute best! They are so kind and delightful! Barry’s Buns is an absolute must for any trip to the shore!
