Never coming here again. Terrible service, rude. No smiles. Barely welcomed us in when we walked through the door. Didn’t cut the sandwiches, when the pictures on the website show the breakfast sandwiches cut in half. I had to do it myself and made a huge mess with a plastic knife. I definitely was not going to ask the employee to cut it for me, as she seemed extremely annoyed to have even served us. Also, employees walking around in headphones is so unprofessional during business hours.

The customer service is where this place lacks. When you order an online order and arrive to pick it up they tell you to wait for it as it sits done on the pick up. They will ignore you as you insist its done and proceed to stand awkwardly in front of you trying to ignore you for 10 mins. This has happened on multiple occasions. They don’t acknowledge you as you walk in and the attitude to when ordering is so off putting. Food is sometimes missing items such as ordering a pickle, but the hassle to communicate that is not worth it.

Too much microwaving going on for the price- in my opinion.
I was hoping for more scratch made options.
The bagels could have been toasted more and the microwaved sausage and microwaved eggs were jut that – microwaved meh.
They were busy and staff were friendly. I was greeted at the door and the lady helping me was Customer focused.
All in all I would not seek this out, I would not seek them out. Nothing that screams I must come back.

Placed an online order, show up 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they haven’t started making it yet. Then had to wait 20 more minutes before I got it. Would have literally been faster to just show up and wait in line and place the order there, because everyone in line when I got there, plus several people who showed up after me, got their orders first. About 10 minutes after they’d supposedly started making my order, someone came up and told me I was supposed to be charged extra for the extra ham I requested on one of my sandwiches. I told her I was charged extra for it and tried to show her the receipt but she said “I don’t need to see that.” Finally got my order, with attitude. Everyone working there both acted like they didn’t care at all, and like I’d somehow done something wrong by placing an online order. Will definitely never be back to this location again.

This is the second time I’ve been here and both times I’ve had the worst experience. The guy that helped me and my family the second time didn’t welcome us and had his earbuds in while asking us our order. He proceeded to move at the speed of a slug as he broke health code I’m sure by placing all of our bagels straight on the metal counter. One of the other employees was sweeping right around our food, the used the same knife on 3 different cream cheeses. We didn’t realize they were closing in 20 minutes so by the time he was finally done making our bagels we had 3 minutes left to eat and he kicked us out and locked the door behind us. It was obvious he didn’t want to work there or help us at all. Will not be going back, besides the bagels are mid.

The customer service at the counter was very disappointing. The clerk was not happy about the Surprise bags and did not greet, smile, or welcome any of the customers. There were three people before me, and she was dry and rude to each one.
She was snatching the white carry-out bags, digging into the bagels (onion, garlic, and everything), throwing them into the bags, setting them on the counter, and then turning to the next person to repeat the process. At one point, she even yelled to someone in the back asking how many grab-and-go bags she had for the day.
That was my surprise—I wasn’t expecting that kind of service. I was excited to come to Barry Bagels and pick up my order, but the experience was very disappointing.

Amazing Bagel spot. The egg salad with spinach and feta bagel was delicious as we stopped here for a quick bite.
Bagels are toasted if needed too .
We also got the everything bagel with cream cheese which was solid as well!

I go to Barry’s bagels weekly. Service is hit or miss depending on who is making your order. The most important feedback is that recently, past 2 months, the toppings are falling off the bagels while they are preparing your order. An everything bagel ends up as a plain bagel. The owner says it’s a new baker they hired and the people making the bagels say they are directing a new dough. Either way they need to make an adjustment or they will lose business quickly. I really hope they correct this issue as the location is very convenient and the food was very good besides this issue
