Barry Bagels never disappoints, but this visit was especially great thanks to Karson. He was super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience smooth even during a busy rush. You can tell he actually cares about customers, which makes a big difference.
The bagels were fresh, warm, and perfectly chewy, and the cream cheese was generous (as it should be). Everything was made exactly how I ordered it, and the place was clean and welcoming.

Really disappointing bagels. No everything or plain. Bummer. Onion was really sesame seed with tiniest sprinkle of onion. Same thing with garlic. Poppyseed at least didn’t have sesame seed but also had virtually no poppyseed. Super strange for a bagel chain not to know about…bagels.

It seems just a bagel shop but it’s sooooo good! My favorite is the Everything Bagel with the honey turkey, Swiss, lettuce, and banana peppers. The staff is very friendly and it’s like a Cafe atmosphere.

Came in today to pick up a delivery and the experience was terrible. I believe the woman’s name was Jackie (it starts with a “J”). She was rude, disrespectful, and had an unprofessional tone from the moment I walked up. Her attitude and the way she looked at customers made it clear she has no sense of customer service.

Whenever we visit Toledo, we go to Barry’s Bagels. They are fresh and delicious. We don’t have anything like Barry’s Bagels where we live in Racine, WI. We LOVE Barry’s Bagels! Highly recommended!!!

I was waiting for a whole some lady with bandanna ask me twice have I been help but she never did. Another woman came up to me and said have I been help I said no and she said they’ll be with me in a minute. Another young girl walked up to me and asked me have I been help and she helped me. Customer service was bad. I would never go back smh

We were having a tough day, and stopped into Barry’s Bagel on Secor Road for a take-out lunch. The young woman who waited on us was kind and friendly. When we got home and unpacked our order, we saw that she wrote “Have a nice day” and drew a happy face on the food container. This random act of kindness had a huge impact on us. Thank you for making a difference for us.
