Barry Bagels is a bagel & deli restaurant founded in Toledo in 1972. We boil & then bake 18 varieties of bagels fresh, in small batches all day long. Breakfast sandwiches with eggs (eggels), deli sandwiches for lunch or dinner, savory soups and salads made in house are our specialties.

Every time I’m here and order a farmers eggel the lady with the purple hair complains directly to me or cusses when I walk away that it’s so hard to do. It’s always a horrible experience whenever she’s working. I didn’t know doing your job correctly was hard.

First of all, this is always my favorite place to go. The food is consistently excellent as well as the service. But I wanted to specifically draw attention to the wonderful staff today, mainly Lauren. Everyone was so helpful but Lauren went above and beyond with her kindness when I had a rough day today & she was so nice to a complete stranger. She represents the company well & is an employee that anyone would be lucky to have. I have never had anything less than the best here. I am so thankful.
