The place is modern with many seats and tvs. I tried the Barros special. The ingredients were fresh. You can tell when you eat the peppers and onions. Its a delicious combination. The crust was moist and it kind of tasted like a pretzel. It taste better with a little butter I dipped in. Very friendly staff. I was spoiled growing up with pizza. NYC and Chicago still reigns supreme in Pizza.

Other than smelling like a beer tray, it’s not bad persay. Takes a while to get things cleaned up. Orders are slow to process, expect 30-60 min wait. Orders are not always accurate. If you ask for double anything, don’t bother. They will not fulfill. Customer service is basic and they will not actually care. Overall, subpar service and nothing to write home about. Food is decent but not above par.

Last night, my wife went to pick up our pizza that I had ordered online. After signing the receipt, the two employees noticed that she hadn’t left a tip (on a pick-up order), and they began to be rude to her. These young employees have no respect and feel entitled to something for their job, which they are paid for. It would be completely different if we had dined in or had the pizza delivered.

I visited there on Saturday night, and there was only one more table.
Our food was definitely good, but the service and the server were not very friendly. The server had attitude when she took our order.

I waited two hours for a pick up order XL pizza and 24 wings to be cold. The kids working there hid in the back, none of them were keeping track of the orders and because of this my order was cold. I spend 46 dollars for cold food. Hell yeah. There was three other customers before me that were waiting for hours but where at least notified when their order was done. Ours was not. I will never come here and I don’t recommend anyone else coming. There is a pizza hut and little Caesars walking distance from here. Go to those pizza places instead. What a let down.

Boneless wings were dry. There was a kid party so it was loud and kids running around. Salad was ok. Pizza was only decent thing. Nice location but lots of flys. Saw several people filling up random cups up.

I think Barros should probably do a big look at themselves in the world of customer service. The fact that I had to wait FIFTEEN MINS past the time that it was supposed to be ready but to be ignored while I was clearly standing waiting for my order is stupid. Perhaps other pizza restaurants are better. Not coming back to this location. By the way, both pizzas order (to the tune of neatly 40 bucks) were skimpy on ingredients with a burnt crust.

Food was as expected. This is probably the nicest Barros location I have been in. Super clean my only complaint would ve the booth i sat in seemed a little small I felt pinned. This however may have been just that booth and didnt impact the stars i gave.
