The pizza at Barro is always so good. The employees were friendly and efficient. We did a take out and our pizza was piping hot when we got home. The prize was reasonable for what you get.

I recommend you teach your counter girls some manners. Ordered a mobile order and they forgot a WHOLE pizza. Counter girl was rude when I told her about the problem. Must think they’re perfect or something. and then they cut my pizza insanely wrong

If you are ordering from this store do NOT order through DoorDash!!!!!! We ordered our pizza through DoorDash because they do not deliver and it was complete slop! We ordered the barbecue chicken pizza but there was no barbecue sauce on there and it appeared to be undercooked or cooked hours past. We called the store for a remake (not a refund) and they were unable to accommodate us because we’d ordered through DoorDash and not directly with the store even though they made the pizza. Since they have no responsibility, making it a DoorDash problem, I am almost certain they gave us a bad pizza on purpose. I tried to reason with the manager Nathan but again no action taken and there was no understanding what so ever of our situation. It’s really unfortunate because I am 6 months pregnant and HUNGRY! Won’t be ordering from a store that cannot take accountability of making slop pizza. Don’t worry, Papa John’s to the rescue!

The food was great, service was great, but my mother and wife both finished eating, and I still hadn’t received my pizza. I ended up asking about it’s ETA and after 40 minutes, I finally received it. I ordered at 12:54pm and got the pizza at 1:31pm. It was delicious and I’d recommend barros! Of the two types I tried, spicy western and Kona, I’d recommend the Kona! Teriyaki chicken with pineapple will always be my favorite combination!

The online ordering is not cell phone friendly! It didn’t want to take my information it showed that it charged my card but the order never reached to the store. Please fix your online ordering system!

Had an issue with our pizza and the manager Jason was VERY quick to want to get it right and make sure we were happy. We personally hold alot of value to managers going above and beyond ensuring the customer is happy and get what they pay for. I would highly recommend supporting this business!!! Thankyou Jason for making our visit there a good one!

Everyone we were with agreed the Pizza was excellent!! It reminded us all of that decadent 80’s style and flavors!! We loved it!! We got the specialty meat pizza with pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, and meatballs!! The atmosphere was good, but the pizza was excellent!! Will be back next time we’re in Arizona!!
