I am a well-known delivery, driver and frequent this place multiple times and have never once had an issue with the door. However, today somebody had decided to make a problem instead of solve one and because he didn’t accept the answer that I can see through their glass door rejected me and two other customers from getting our deliveries done I say two other customers because it was a double delivery for this person. I am glad to not to do business with such an owner will try to not get deliveries from here more often so if you’d like to have a quick delivery from Barro’s , please order from elsewhere. BEST GARLIC BREAD I’VE EVER HAD.
I ordered my food on doordash and it took a while to be delivered but after tasting the wings and bread it was absolutely worth it. The food was made fresh and it arrived cooked perfectly. Will definitely have to check this place out in dining!

First time visit, ordered meat lover. Made mistake of not asking for thin crust, that’s on me. Pizza was good, but not great. Def a 4, which is still solid. The young girl at counter was a bit aloof acting like I wasn’t even there while standing in front of her. Aside from that it seems like a good place and food is pizza is pretty good too.

I visited Barros on a Sunday night around 9pm. As you walk in you order your pizza at the front and then you find yourself a seat, I ordered a 10in mega meat with jalapeños.
It took about 15 minutes for my pizza to arrive. I’d say the pizza was good, not great, not bad either. Plenty of toppings and the crust was good. My only complaint would be the sauce wasn’t all that favorable.
I finished the whole pizza and headed out. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of tv’s to watch while you wait for your pizza.

Very good pizza, including a mini, individual sized pie. The staff were friendly and prompt. They should consider an in house ceasar dressing as opposed to the blah generic one, but still very good .

I placed an online order for a 2 topping medium pizza. I got there and had to wait a bit for it to come out of the oven which was no big deal as I was early for the pick up and was planning to wait for the order. I was handed the pizza, which was hot which I was expecting and before I made my way out of the door I checked to make sure it was correct. It wasn’t I had ordered green olives, but instead got green peppers. I was refunded the purchase price after the on duty manager made the excuse for his cook that “he was probably in a hurry and read it wrong”. Since I was not there when my pizza was put into the over I have no idea how busy the cook was, nor do I know the policy of Barro’s for how busy and employee can be and given the leeway to make mistakes regarding the preparation of a customers order.
I left the pizza on the counter and left. This would not be an issue at all if I believed it to be an isolated incident, which reading the reviews I found to be a recurring issue. It is more of an issue because I made the decision to visit this location after it made this same error 4 days earlier on Sunday, right after they opened, when I ordered in the restaurant and could tell there was very little business. Exact same error. Never again Barro’s.

Been ordering pizza pretty often from here for a long while and have usually not had any issues until lately. Tonight I ordered a pizza for carryout and they made it incorrectly and notified me when I arrived. I waited an additional amount of time for them to remake the pizza only to get home and find out that the pizza that they remade was very poorly done. I called the store asking what they could do to remedy the situation and the only thing that they would offer was 20% off my next pizza. Needless to say this was my last night having barros from this location.

the service was average, quality was excellent, atmosphere was warm & inviting it made you want to stay and relax, had the Barro’s Special which is comparable to a supreme pizza, the bread was very fresh and so where the toppings. One of the best pizza’s I’ve had in Arizona so far. would definitely recommend this pizza.

This restaurant recently opened here in the neighborhood so this was our first time trying it. My husband remembers it being in a popular mall here when he was a teenager and he says this place has changed for the better. I think the restaurant has the atmosphere of being a neighborhood hangout, where you can go for a beer and some pizza, watch the game on TV, and hangout with friends. The pizza was good and tasty. The original crust is a bit too thick for my liking but it was good. Next time I’ll try the thin crust. And maybe next time we’ll dine in and enjoy the game on TV too.
