Been wanting to try this spot. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Their family owned, operated, and make everything in house fresh with real ingredients. Hopefully next time I can try their guac cuz they ran out today. But I did get their chips, chile verde bowl, and steak quesadilla to try. The chips were super crispity, crunchy, well salted, and really yummy. A bit oily tho. I got their chile verde bowl with both rices, both beans, tender caramilzed grilled veggies, fresh lettuce, corn, pico, cheese, and avocado salsa. This thing was LIKE A POUND and was super flavorful and yummy and had a good amount of large chunks of savory, tender, meaty, meat. The meat was a tad dry tho. The quesadilla came with rice and beans and was perfectly grilled and had a good amount of their amazingly seasoned not chewy steak. Overall this place is pretty good.

Great tasting chicken and steak bowls, fresh tasting and packed full of flavour. They do not go light on the protein or the cheese. The guacamole is really good too. Really enjoyable and the staff are really nice.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. They cooked the ribeye right in front of us, which made the experience even better. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I would definitely come back again! Pricing was somewhat similar to Chipotle.

Stopped by Barrios Bowls & Burritos for their soft opening, and it was a nice surprise. The staff were welcoming, the place was spotless, and the food had great flavor and freshness. Their menu is similar to Chipotle, but with generous portion sizes, more heart and more flavor. They also offer healthier options like brown rice, black beans, and Diet Coke, which I really appreciated. It’s their soft opening, so I’m keeping an open mind for when they’re fully operational, but so far it feels like a great new spot for Uptown Whittier.

Barrios has the best burritos and bowls ever! They got a serving set up like Chipotle, BUT Barrios meat is way more flavorful and juicer. My favorite is the mouth watering chicken bowl. Please support this business, it’s very worth it!

I got the steak burrito I thought it was really good, but there were pieces of steak fat and I wish that they would’ve cut that off. Overall, I think he was really good way better than chipotle! I will say that the glass sodas and the cancers are a bit overpriced. But I would say that if you want to give this a try, I highly recommend

This new establishment is awesome. The food is excellent. The meat is so tender. The guacamole is perfect. The atmosphere is perfect. The owners are so wonderful. The waiting time was perfect. When I get hungry, this is the place that I will be coming back to everyone should try it nice area. I just don’t know what else to say. Please just try. It is wonderful.
