This place is fantastic in every way from customer service to food quality to pricing. My wife and I went in on friday at 1:00 p.m. for lunch. We had our 1 year old granddaughter with us. We had never been here before because we live in Wilbur and rarely go to Cheney. Wife wanted pizza for lunch while we were in town. We googled pizza in Cheney and tried this one. We were immediately welcomed in and offered a high chair for my granddaughter by a very polite young man who has a baby about the same age as our baby. Not only did they bring us ice water immediately upon seating they took our sippy cup and filled it for us. We ordered a pizza and cheese bread. The bread appetizer was out pretty fast. Super cheesy with the most amazing marinara dipping sauce. Then out came our pizza. THE best pizza in eastern Washington in our opinion. As we were eating this great pizza our baby dropped her binky on the floor. We set it to the side to continue feeding her and eating our lunch. The server saw us put the dirty binky aside so she couldn’t reach it. He came to our table and with our permission took that binky back to the kitchen and washed it for us and brought it back out clean and wrapped in a clean napkin. They checked in on us a couple times during lunch to make sure the food was good and waters are full. Excellent experience. Definitely returning. Already told a couple friends about it and talked about meeting up there for lunch soon. Would give this place 10 stars if we could.

Me and my friend came in for dinner around what seemed to be the dinner rush. We’re both college students here at Eastern. We weren’t really greeted and werent sure if it was a seat yourself but we eventually sat down and took around 10-15 to be asked about drinks/helped and our waitress was extremely short and just asked “what do you guys want”. After we got our drinks our waitress didn’t come back and take our order for over 30 minutes and other tables who came in much later than us were being taken care of. Another waiter had to come take our order because he noticed we weren’t being helped. Then it took another 40 minutes or so to get an appetizer that I watched sit in the window for at least 15 minutes and by the time I got it, it wasn’t even hot. After the appetizer it took another 30 minutes to get either of our meals. We didn’t get water, and sat with empty drinks for about an hour. We sat and waited for our bill or to at least be spoken to, and I eventually had to just get up and ask for our bill. Overall the service was really poor. It felt as though every other table was being helped, and we were barely even spoken to. There was no customer service towards us at all, although the families sitting down to eat were taken care of as though they were at a sit down restaurant. If you wouldn’t treat a table of adults like that, you shouldn’t treat a table of college students that way especially since this is a college town and we’re what makes up your business.

Leaving a 4 star only because shame on the owner for only having one person on shift!
The server was simply amazing, 12/10 and he did great. BUT with it being a game day and super busy night super disappointing to see only 1 person on shift he did amazing but felt bad for him. Food was great!!

I didn’t get pizza. I had mango habanero wings and a salad. Both were good. Wings were good. Not great. Service was excellent. It was mug Monday. So, I had a 32oz beer for $9! Which is why I didn’t get pizza. From out of town, but if I come back, would definitely go back. Atmosphere was great too.

This place was awesome! The staff did a great job getting us a table even though they were slammed. They were attentive, friendly and very respectful. The food was delicious, well portioned and well worth the price It came out super fast and decently hot. The restaurant itself was clean and had quite a bit of knick knacks and old timey photos on the walls. It was pretty packed but definitely had a decent amount of seating inside and out.
Overall I would highly recommend this place!

Went to Trivia night this past Tuesday and had a great time. Loved the food and atmosphere but it was friendly staff that really made our evening. And shout out to Seth who did a great job with the Trivia game. We will be back! You should advertise this more.

Here is the $15 meatball sandwich. It is much smaller than I thought with few meatballs. I also asked for extra sauce and it didnt taste like I got it. Servers were nice, but the food was disappointing.

I have had pizza in Italy and the margherita pizza here was just as delicious if you ask me. Nice place to relax, eat and enjoy a beer. Tried the TenPin Ale, really enjoyed it!

As someone who has eaten pizza in its city and country of origin (Naples, Italy), I can honestly say the quality of the dough and the delicious marinara sauce and cheese at this restaurant are on par with the quality of the pizzas in Naples.
My mind was blown by the quality of the food at this restaurant.
Our waiter was presumably a college student, so I’ll extend her some grace for making mistakes such as forgetting someone’s order at our table or forgetting to bring eating utensils. She was very pleasant and personable, so her mistakes didn’t overshadow our overall experience.
The dessert (skillet cookie with ice cream) is literally the best of its kind.
You deserve to enjoy the food at this establishment!
