Nice beer selection too.
The bartenders were very good. Attentive, talkative, friendly and efficient.
I come here every time I’m in town.
My wife and I went on a Tuesday afternoon (1:30pm), when the bar was almost empty. The environment and decor of the bar is fun and enjoyable. The whiskey selection is very good. The only problem was the service. I ordered the Pitter Patter and my wife ordered the Bob Marley. After a few moments the bartender came back twice to tell my wife that they were out of two of the staple ingredients in her cocktail. When asked her suggestions for substitute ingredients, the bartender had no suggestion for a new brand of bourbon and simpled stated she could “double the amount of pineapple juice to make up for the orange juice missing”. After five minutes she returned with my wife’s cocktail (tasting overly sweet), then started making mine. While making mine she yelled back to us that “(she) is new here and doesn’t know how to make the cocktails yet!”. This should have been my warning, but I didn’t say anything. About 5 minutes later she served me the Pitter Patter with absolutely zero smoked cedar smell/taste and the largest chunk of orange peel with a sizeable amount of pith still attached. Needless to say the cocktail tasted like nothing but bitter from the excessive pith. Once I removed the orange peel, the cocktail was drinkable. The bartender came back and asked if anything needed fixed in the drinks. I mentioned that the orange peel had too much pith and I didn’t notice any smoked cedar infusion. Well that was the last word from the bartender, who was obviously offended that I gave her the honest feedback she asked for. Overall this was not a great experience from what should have been a great bar. I’m sure that with another bartender and a properly stocked bar, this would be a fantastic place.
Thank You to Chloe and Brennan for taking such good care of us this evening!
The drinks are strong and well worth the money!!
If you’re looking for a nice small hideaway place to chill and have a strong stiff drink this is the place to be!
Various places to sit, very clean, and newly renovated place!
You can text to join their buy one get one free specials, I did that when I was in the bar, after I had paid for my drink and I asked the bartender if I could use the promo now, he said yes and he applied it, super guy!!!
