After not wanting to wait an hour at a chain reasturant we went local. First time visit. I’ve driven past here a bunch and never knew it was here. We had questions about items on them menu and recommendations. Our waitress was super nice and worked to help us out. We got the fried shrimp platter as well as the mozzarella appetizer. All of it was great. Oir app was super fresh tasting and the sauce was so flavorful. Our shrimp were huge, we were so blown away. And the hush puppies were nice too. Definitely would come back here again.

I had crab soup there it was so amazing I never had such delicious and wonderful soup in my life, as the one in Barracudas Seafood Restaurant. I live in San Antonio Texas and I still have not found that amazing crab soup here yet. Keep it up it is so Finger Licking Good.

Wow, there are so many reasons why I didn’t like this place!! I got a gift card to this restaurant for my birthday. I was so excited to get crabs, they are my favorite food and I hadn’t ate them in years. The place was empty, only my table and one other with customers. Now I can understand why. The waitress informed me that they only had small and medium ones,no other sizes. So,because it was my birthday I decided to still get a dozen. I was informed that I could come back in a couple days, seriously?? The dozen mediums were very expensive I thought. But anyway, I waited for 45 minutes for them to come out and during that time I witnessed something unbelievable. Mind you, I had my daughter with me. She is only ten years old. Sitting at the bar was the owner and his drinking buddy. I watched them consume so many shots that I lost count. They were both extremely intoxicated and using curse words every couple seconds. They also decided that sex would be a great topic of conversation and they were talking quite loudly. I was mortified!! When I finally got my food, I was given the smallest crabs I have ever seen. And I don’t believe that they were fresh. My daughter and I didn’t even finish them, which I have never done in my life. Probably the worst overall experience that I have ever had in a restaurant!! I’m surprised that he is still in business. Don’t waste your time and money.

We’ve been coming every other week for three years and enjoy their family fued trivia and will continue to go. The food is good but the service is awful ( bartender came over last night and asked my fiance if he wanted another beer and while my empty glass sat next to his empty glass she didn’t bother to ask if I’d like another water nor brought another water) and the food prices are getting insanely high. ($20 for a crab quesadilla). I understand everything is raising right now and hard for everyone but that seems a bit much

I hate to tell everyone but a bar isn’t really a family oriented place. If that’s what u want try chunky cheese not a bar. It’s a nice bar nothing wrong with it.
