Wow! This place is incredible. Easily some of the best barbecue in town! So far we have dined in on the porch and picked up takeout. The ribs are fall off the bone. The pulled pork and chicken are flavorful and moist. The brisket chili is absolutely delicious! Can’t say enough great things about the variety and quality of the sides! Looking forward to trying other things on the menu as well.

Very nice local place. The ribs were very good. You can taste how well it’s seasoned. I was surprised by how good the Mac and cheese was. It had a great smoky taste and very creamy. The taste of all I had was very home cooked and good. I went back for their Texas style brisket chili. Totally worth it. I got that in the Fritos chili pie. Definitely recommend. Oh and the cornbread, again just like homemade. Just go!

We are there during Chattanooga taco week and there were 5 of us plus a baby. We tried several different items, the pork nachos was a huge plate! We are inside and we’re very comfortable even with all the food on the table. Our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. I had heard about their butt ends and will be back to try them.

The brisket melt is phenomenal! If you are not sure what to get the brisket melt will not disappoint. I also got the Mac & cheese as my side and that was good too. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful if you need help deciding what to order.

I have been a lot of places and eaten a lot of barbecue from famous barbecue joints and this place holds its own against any of them. If you like Texas style barbecue, this place should be at the top of your list. If you don’t know or don’t discriminate, this place should be at the top of your list as well. I got the loaded potato with brisket and it was fantastic.

What a delightful and tasty place! Our experience was amazing! Lots to choose from and all delicious! From Loaded potatoes with smoked meats, to Burnt tips Tacos, on corn tortillas!!! The hot sauce for the Tacos was a local vendor and they still have for sale in store….AMAZING!! AN ABSOLUTE MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!

Front desk girl was very nice, good atmosphere. The food was not representative of (central) Texas BBQ at all. No smoke ring on brisket, fat wasn’t rendered very well on the brisket either. The ribs were not very tender at all. $22 for 2 ribs and 4 oz of brisket. There are better places in town for sure.

Being from Texas I’m always looking for good brisket and finding this gem was a real treat! The current owner is actually from Texas so he knows how to do it right!! Great flavor and moist! Ribs are outstanding as well and the Mac and cheese reminded me of moms.
