So I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I felt I needed to leave a review for my experience here tonight. I am traveling through the area and I stayed in Glenwood Springs and this restaurant had very good reviews and I also wanted to check out the hotel so I reviewed the menu before I went in and when I went into the restaurant, I guess they had changed their menu and they had no chicken options, Which was totally OK with me so I ended up getting a vegetarian pasta dish and added chicken to it, there was a little discrepancy with what was presented to me but… I will tell you, Peyton made my experience, exceptional! Give him a raise because he did everything in his power to make my experience the best I ever had! I’m not usually very picky, I do a lot of my social media so when I got there, I was a little discouraged when they didn’t have the dish I wanted that was supposed to be available online. I guess they get discontinued it for the summer… My drink was not what I expected… I normally don’t complain, but Peyton went above and beyond anything I could ever imagine to make my experience the best I could have. The hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant is great, if I was someone else, I probably would’ve given less stars, but like I said, I don’t like to give bad reviews and they went above and way beyond anything to make my experience the best it could be! Thank you, Peyton! The food was great. The drinks were great. The after hours tour of haunted rooms was not expected, but a nice surprise! Thank you so much for a great experience. I would definitely recommend going to hotel Colorado and having dinner!

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant in the Colorado Hotel. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The ambience is beautiful — I especially loved the fountain with the koi fish, it added such a peaceful touch. The service was amazing, attentive, and friendly.
I highly recommend trying the mini burger tasting with four different kinds — such a fun idea and really tasty! The flatbread and chicken quesadillas were also excellent. Overall, between the great food, wonderful service, and the charm of the hotel’s patio, it was a perfect dining experience.

A beautiful evening on the patio. The food was wonderful. Crab cakes for a starter had some heat but so delicious. Salmon was cooked to perfection with peaches, adding a sweetness served with Asparagus. Philly cheese steak served on a large hoagie like roll, including an aju dip with wonderful seasoning. Great adult beverages, too. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We love Hotel Colorado! This is our second time eating at their restaurant. There were some mild hiccups during our visits but nothing major. The server was checking on us constantly, the food came out hot and delicious, drinks were on point! And the best thing about this place is the atmosphere!

Absolute gorgeous atmosphere and outdoor seating, beautiful views and absolutely loved out food! I had the wild game taster, and other guests had filet mignon and lamb, all total wins.
Shout out to Edwardo who brought out our food to us, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Evan who took our reservation helped us out with a gluten allergy being super knowledgeable and friendly, and seated us upon arrival with professionalism, humour and warmth.
Had the peach creme brule as a complimentary gift from the restaurant for a birthday that was unreal.
Absolutely would recommend for a lovely dinner celebration in Glenwood.

We went here expecting good food, we were NOT disappointed. The lamb and pork chops were fabulous! The ginger drop is dangerously tasty! Loved that it was completely family friendly as well!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had the broccoli and cheddar soup to start with which was delicious and then we both had fish for dinner which did not disappoint. The dessert selection looked great, but we couldn’t eat another bite.
