The art work in here is so cool! Love the vibe. The cocktails are carefully curated. My husband got the Blood and Smoke, and I got the Vieux Carre. His was great. Mine was so so.

There is definitely a reason this is on the best happy hours list. The atmosphere was amazing, very plush and stylish. Everyone there was great and we all loved the food. For the first round we went with specialty cocktails and I had the Dante which I highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful here, at this woman and black owned lounge. Food was great, cocktails were tasty and the ambiance was wonderful. They also do live music! Will be back.

My favorite thing about this place is that the bartenders are actual mixologists and create some really delicious specialty cocktails! We stopped in for a few drinks and decided to try their Brussels sprouts which were also very good! The staff was friendly and the prices were decent!

The owners are really nice and the bartenders were friendly and great. They have couches and cushions in the back for larger groups of people. Best happy hour I’ve run across! $5 glasses of house wine and it’s actually really good wine! I’ll definitely be back.

Went to hang out with a friend and ended up at Baroness. The booth was comfortable and chill. All beautiful people around and the service made me feel like a first class customer. I had the Korean BBQ bowl and it was delicious. Shout out to Mel for her beautiful smile and service.

There was a lot of hype going into my visit here. Most reviews are pretty praising of Baroness. Unfortunately I thought it was underwhelming. Their house menu was fun to read through but underwhelming to taste. As an example, the Dante was overwhelmingly gingery. At least one of the bartenders wasn’t aware where things were kept. It’s fine if they were new, but it still felt odd that if happened multiple times. The bar itself is nice enough making it a good place to lounge with friends. However, you’re better off going to a different bar if you’re looking for quality of drink.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I’ve been twice and the first experience wasn’t nearly as good as the second.
