Good All Around. Food, Service, Atmosphere. Had the WW Western Omlet, hash browns and toast. Omlet full of goodness! Great meal for less than $15!
Only 4-5 chairs, but takeout available. Clean place. Friendly owner.
Everywhere says 6am open, today it was about 6:50. But, one man staff! Good service though.

We visited from Miami for a Southern U game. If I detailed every single thing we loved about the place, we’d be here all day. The hospitality and the atmosphere from the jump was amazing! And then there was the food. Never had anything like it. I can’t even describe the feeling the food gave me. The freshness, the quality, the love… you can taste it. Lexi, Ms. Denise, Mr. Johnson (AKA Pops) treated and fed us like family. Because they really care about what and how they feed their guests, patience is required 🙂
With so much love, the Johnsons ❤️

There was so much food that I couldn’t eat all of it. The was crispy just as I like it. They got my over medium right hunti. It was seasoned which doesn’t happen at most restaurants, so I was expecting it. I don’t eat pepper on my eggs but that was my fault bc again, I wasn’t expecting it. The were fluffy and melted in my mouth. I had hot syrup which I requested. Literally, anything you want, you can have made to order. The only food item that I was not a fan of were the grits and it may have been the shredded cheese but guess what, the owner said next time he’ll give me American cheese. Problem solved and that is the reason why I will be coming back. Overall, the food was amazballs and the customer service was impeccable from the cashier to the ‍ to the owner! Oh, and the owner IS FROM NOLA and he gave me a taste of an long island ice tea daiquiri while I was waiting on my food. I traveled 25-30 minutes to get here and it was worth the mileage!

Man, hospitality is an understatement. This was my first time going here, and it felt like I’ve know them all my life. The pancakes were fluffy with the crispy edges, and the eggs and bacon were cooked perfect.. will be back asa

When I TELL you this place is a hidden gem. From the customer service and hospitality, right down to how darn good the food is. That food was made with love. I was super fortunate to have the whole place to myself. It’s an intimate setting where you can converse with the owners as if they are part of your family because that’s how they treat you.

Ms. Denise and Mr. Johnson, for the first time, I actually enjoyed being at a Baton Rouge restaurant where I didn’t feel rush or wanting to gobble down food so quickly to avoid crowds. Both are wonderful souls. This won’t be my last visit either. Y’all may get sick of my coming almost everyday .

If I could give it more stars, I would. If you are in Baton Rouge, you must stop and eat here. Pop’s will fill your belly and soul with food and conversation. Everything, and I mean everything, I ate was delicious. Did I mention no dairy, creamy, like clouds grits!
