Where do I start. We both ordered the combo platter, brisket and chicken and my husband had double brisket. Sides were Onion rings , corn, Mac and cheese and green beans. All the meat is shredded and watery. Lack flavor and unappealing. The sauce that they called BBQ looked and tasted like tomato paste. Green beans were okay, Mac was good. Corn was out of a can and Onion rings were best part of meal other than the dipping sauce. Corn Fritter w Honey butter was very good.
The restaurant is decorated very cute, but we were there on Tuesday at 6:00pm and the only people there. That should have been a sign. We should have looked at the reviews before stopping here.

Very nice Bbq joint. Plenty of parking, bathrooms are nice and clean, the food prices can’t be beat! The food is amazing my fav is the Brisket. The staff are friendly and fast.

Big T. was amazing. This was the first time my husband and I have been here. I enjoy a good BBQ every now and then. This place was spectacular to be a northern bbq ( I’m from BBQ country the south). Big T suggested the combo for 2 and it was delectable. We were so full we took some home. The family said it was fabulous.

Loved the outside decor with giant animals and a real smoker. Inside decor is great. Rustic, classic, weird (a bbq restaurant with an aquarium??). Our hostess/waitress was super friendly and responsive. My son and I both got pulled pork sandwiches which were delicious. Moist, not a huge amount of meat and very mild smoke but good sauce. The mystery dipping sauce for the crispy housemade chips was a strange mixture. Our waitress didn’t know what it was but it kind of seemed like blue cheese dressing mixed with ketchup. Super sweet tea! Very light crowd early on a Sunday afternoon. Loved it, would definitely go again.

Staff was very nice and professional. The only good thing about the food was it came out quickly. I ordered a platter with pulled pork brisket baked beans and red potatoe salad. The pulled worked was so over cooked I was unable to eat it. The brisket was alright except it was covered in a horrible sauce that tasted like tomato paste and something else it was horrendous. The baked beans tasted like they came from a can. The potato salad was old and the mayo was starting to get oily. I will not return and I feel sorry for the staff. With food that bad I cannot see them staying open much longer.

Today was our first time here. Everything was no less than amazing. Our server was awesome. Food was top notch. Atmosphere was better than we ever expected. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. We will be back for sure.

Staff was super nice. I had the brisket and pulled pork. Neither had much flavor, both tasted like they were cooked in a crock pot. Brisket was shredded, not cut in the traditional strips. Looked more like a roast than brisket.

It pains me to write this.
The service could not be better. Friendly and attentive, but honestly, the food is TERRIBLE. We were so disappointed, cause everything came out looking very appetizing, but fell WAY short. We had a party of 4 and nobody at the table could pick anything that they enjoyed or stood out.
The ribs were dry, tasteless and had way too much of a basic sauce slapped on top. The “BBQ Chicken” was a dried, sliced breast with a glob of BBQ sauce on top. We all agreed that the the gravy on the mashed potatoes is some of the weirdest tasting stuff I’ve ever tried. I gag just thinking about it. Honestly. I tried half of a bite and was done.
Don’t waste your time here, folks. Just enjoy the cute decorations and keep it moving.

Great server. Food was good , bbq sauce was more like marinara sauce, but then again I make my own bbq sauce. Crab cakes were tremendous as always .

Our waitress was great!
The biggest thing is that we were given sauces for the barbecue before our food arrived, which is perfect.
However, when the barbecue chicken, pork, ribs, and brisket came to the table – it was all drowning in the same sauce. I was only tasting the sauce and not the individual barbecue flavors of each meat.
Very disappointed!
I wish we had known this was the standard practice, since it was our first time eating there.
