If you like pulled pork BBQ, search no more! They have pulled pork platters, pulled pork sandwiches, pulled pork on top of brats, pulled pork on tater tots or baked potatoes! So many delicious options for this slow cooked BBQ favorite!
Barnwood also offers brisket and burgers and so much more. The waitress was frequently checking up on the table to make sure we were happy, our drinks were topped off and we had whatever we needed for an enjoyable meal.

Absolutely amazing!! I got the BBQ ribs and chicken combo with the mac and cheese and baked beans and couldn’t be happier! The garlic toast was fantastic. I really enjoyed the BBQ that came with it, but their mustard BBQ was my favorite! The service was great! Would definitely recommend to try this place out!

Small and homey BBQ place on Old 441. We had lunch, dine-in. Very good food and excellent service. I had a mimosa(OJ and cranberry) for $4.99. It was the most generous glass of mimosas I’ve ever had!
Pork spareribs good smokey taste. A little fatty and some people like that. Good mashed with gravy. Beef brisket sandwich tasty. Ended the meal with dessert. We had 3 choices: banana pudding, peach cobbler and whipped peanut butter and chocolate cream pie. My son chose the 3rd option. It was tasty and quite rich. We had a great lunch. I recommend Barnwood BBQ and we will visit again.

Giving this place a 5 star as I did not know about this place until my recent visit. Apparently they have been in the area for some time. Service was good restaurant is clean. They relocated to a new location which allowed me to come across them. Had the pulled pork platter. Bought some of their season’s. The sauce, seasoning, and foods are all house made other than the mac n cheese. They sell honey here. Did not try it surely it is yummy. If you are passing thru or a local. Definitely give them a try. The greens have no meat. Still pretty decent.

What a g to find on the backroads between Mount Dora and Tavares. This cozy country restaurant has it all. Great food, atmosphere and great service.
First time visiting as they are only open Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00am to 2:00 pm. I thought to myself how can they stay in business? Well I soon found out. First thing you notice when you pull in is the food truck parked and the murals painted on the side of the restaurant. Though I haven’t experienced it I can only assume they started with the bbq trailer first before opening a brick and mortar establishment.
When I walked inside I found a very cozy small town feel from front to back of restaurant. They sold their own sauces, and locally sourced honey.
When we were being seated the hostess ask if we would like to sit at the “Bee” table”? I soon found out why it was called that as we sat in front of a window with be hives that were full and producing. It was a very nice view for eating. Food was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to all.

Wonderful staff. Marie was very helpful she actually sat down. With us and talked about what was happening in the kitchen!! You don’t see that every.day.Great experience. The wife and I got the pulled pork plate. The sides here are all homemade along with the desserts. Can you say Yummy!!!!
