We love Barneys!! The food is amazing!!!
BUT…
We went to this location a handful of times and the ladies are always kinda rude. Today was the day we decided not to come to this location again! I understand the last hour they got busy. We ordered about $50 bucks worth of food. My toddler loves to dip tots into Ranch and the other location never charged. This one does. No biggie I would have paid. But my oldest son went up and asked for a ranch please and the lady was soooo RUDE!! Very impatient and said that’s 50 cents. He tried to tell her nevermind and she looked at him and said “Go into your papa’s pocket and pull out 50 cents”. He was surprised she said that and asked what. She then said it like he was dumb and slowed it down and rude and hand gestures. Then got mad and pushed past him and asked what table are you at?. Then walked over to me irritated and asked for 50 cents. We said that’s ok we don’t want this anymore. Other customers over heard and told him they were sorry for her over a Ranch! We Then ate our food and cleaned up and went to the car. My Husband was very upset and talked to her after. This was not ok!!! He is 13 and I hope he never thinks he is to scared to go up and ask questions ect. At a business because of this experience. He handled his anger and sadness well. Please learn better customer service! Kids are the future. Im raising a responsible and respectful young man. This did teach him thay people can be rude for no reason and just because they are adults they don’t have the right to disrespect you.

Burger was delicious. I got the extreme with cheese which I would recommend if you arrive with an appetite. The skinny fries are great. Unfortunately, the shake tasted like the blender and I cannot recommend. The shakes were good last year but now they taste just like a blender smells when it’s used too long.

Our family has been dining at Barneys Burgers for a few years now. We come in on Sundays and Jess is always there with a smiling face with most of our order already rang up as we walk in the door. This is my favorite burger place in Medford. I appreciate that all the ingredients are local. I also appreciate that if you are a regular they remember your name and will have a conversation with you. I have not seen one employee ever be in a bad mood. I know this location is in downtown Medford and the parking can be tight, but it is worth supporting a small local business. Please support the local small business!!

In our Oregon trip we stopped by this little gem. They cooked all 6 of our burgers to order. The food came out hot and flavorful. I did add some salt but otherwise it was juicy!!! As always thank those workers for all the hard work cooking with love. ❤️ Tip them good!

If you’re feeling hungry and nostalgic, look no further. This place is holding on to values from a better time where care and attention goes into putting together a burger, fries, and a shake. The burger itself was made from quality ingredients: soft bun, melty cheese, thin patties, with crisp fresh lettuce/veggies on the bottom. The fries had a strong showing too, with their strength being consistency. Each fry was golden, crisp, and looking like it was straight out of a commercial. There wasn’t a soggy, limp, or discolored straggler in the bunch. Just look at the photo I posted!
The ambience was a fun, old-timey diner, which felt just right. The service was so-so, but I was there to feast, not get waited on.
As a local, this has been my favorite burger spot. If something changes, I’ll update this review.

It’s always a crap shoot on how you are treated here. So let’s say I go back for the food. But after today I decided it’s not worth the money. One small burger one medium shake which is still a small and a large tatertot. 20 bucks. This is what 5 dollars looks like for the large tots. Just enough for my 3 year old. They have lost a long time customer.
