I wanted to love it. As newer home owner in his sweet community we wanted to support local businesses. Finally a date night!! Wasn’t crowded. Vibe felt low key & local. Great! …..until it wasn’t.
Started with ordering a Moscow mule, bartender didn’t know what was & said he’d get help and comeback. Over an hour went by before he realized he’d forgotten me. Lol. (not a huge deal. I drank half of my husband’s beer and was ok with it.) but the food. Omg. Waited over TWO HOURS for 2 cheese burgers. We ended up asking for to-go boxes & ate at home, as our baby sitter was only available for about 3 hours. We thought that would be ample time – I guess not!
Between the insane wait & lack of cocktail knowledge. Can’t say I’ll go back.

Just moved here and was excited this place was so close to my house. The food was decent but it’s so crazy loud in there. Staff was nice enough, but I did have to go to the bar to pay my tab. She was running solo and it was packed so not blaming her for that. You can def tell this is a place where regulars go cause as an outsider the side looks we got when we walked in was a bit weird, almost as if we didn’t belong (we look like everyone else so we weren’t some odd ball people). Kind of bummed out but won’t return.

8-24-23 – Bonnie was great and funny. The food was great. We had the crispy chicken sandwich, barney burger, and a tostada with sides of fried beer battered mushrooms. They do not have bacon right now. The bathroom was clean and stocked. If you don’t want your meat medium rate, you need to let them know!

I got nachos with their chili meat, onions, and jalapeños on top and a side of jalapeño poppers (6 count is what comes when ordered). My companions had something new they had called the Sergio with special fries. We love the fries, and I took a bite of their Sergio. It was very tasty! I’ll be getting that next time.

I gave this place 2 tries; the first visit was back in January, and the food was mediocre. I got a burger and fries. The customer service was horrible; it took forever to get a beer. Staff were busy at the bar talking to family/employees. I’m unsure of the relation, but I heard Taylor is the name of the said person. After never receiving my beer, I left, and as I walked to my car, the same person they were distracted with me inside the business was consuming drugs in the parking lot with whoever was with them, including a small child in the vehicle. I reported it to the local PD. Overall experiences from both times will prevent me from returning.

A hidden gem of Paradise. A fresh meal with quality ingredients for every visit. Soft drinks for all ages and a wide beer/liquor selection for those old enough. Friendly staff who treat you with the same service if it’s your first time, or if you are a regular of theirs. A cozy atmosphere.

Only good thing I can say was the lovely lady upfront was amazing the building is great but the food is horrible I just paid $70 to throw up. The ranch was Kraft the ketchup didnt even taste like ketchup my burger was soggy and the fries were like they ran over to McDonalds bought a ton of fries and heated them back up I was very let down tell me those fries dont look like they came from McDonald’s and with further investigation we think the “ketchup” is cocktail sauce

Thank you for coming back to Paradise. Places like this continue to make this town feel like home. I like the new bar and the burgers taste just like when I would sit with my Grandpa in the old place having a beer and a barney burger with him. For people that are new to Barney’s this is a bar and grill it serves drinks beer and Burgers. The menu it’s that huge and sometimes the service ain’t that fast have another beer and chill out and talk with you neighbors. Thank you again for coming back and the place looks great! Cheers.

This is such a fun place for a burger and a cocktail. Noisy, friendly, hard working staff, and a large bar. The Barney burgers are delicious and so are the fries. My wife had a German sausage sandwich and it was also delicious.
