We were in town and decided to stop in because of all the great reviews and I just have to say, those reviews didn’t do Barnett’s justice. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the veggies were crisp and fresh. We loved it. And their shakes were insane! It was real ice cream and fresh fruit. We will definitely be going back.

Talk about memories from days gone by. I experienced it today at Barnett’s Dairyette . Now, things have changed a little since the first time I was there in the seventies, but since June 3nd 1957, they have remained the same, which is great quality & quantity meals . It was differently a trip down memory lane shared & enjoyed with my husband. I loved sharing that my sister & I came here because we didn’t have a lot of money & we could share the hamburger and fries because they were huge . Lots of fun going down some memory lanes !

Nostalgic old school burger joint. We’re up here for a few days on work. If this restaurant was in Oklahoma where were from, I’d eat here every single day. Large cheese burger made exactly the way I asked, hand cut fresh made french fries. Everything was so good. I was too full to try any dessert but this is a must visit burger joint.

It was good. The chicken was a little dry. The ranch dressing was very runny. The ice cream was very sweet. Overall, it was ok. The atmosphere’s very nice and a lot of space.

It’s ok. It’s the same as any other small town dairy freeze, burger joint, etc. Maybe I’m living in the past, but a single burger, tots, & small soft drink should not be $15. It’s good, but not that good. On the other hand, the place was clean, & the service was good.

A decent tasting meal but certainly not worth what was charged. Fries were cold upon receipt, cashier was off-putting…asking for a refill on my soda obviously irritated her. Not customer’s faults that the restaurant is short staffed (only 2 people working lunch rush.) Not the Barnett’s that I remember from my childhood.

Hometown favorite place! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Love the burgers and milkshakes. If you haven’t tried their malts or milkshakes, you are missing out. We drive from Fayetteville just for their shakes. Kids really love the feel and you can eat outside when it’s warm as well.
