Christina did an amazing job! 10/10 recommend her and this delicious place.
I had the thickest cut rib eye steak with a loaded baked potato. And my coworker had the 30 oz prime rib. All recommendations from our amazing server.
We tried the wings as an appetizer. The buttermilk chess and cheesecake.
Simply delicious and relaxing atmosphere!

Absolutly trash. Every time i go there the over promise wait times. 15 min wait tonight for four turned into an hour. They were trying to sit a 13 top that came in after us and a 4 top that came in after us. When that happened i comfronted them. The manager was yelling at the hostess and she rolled her eye at me. This was absolutely garbage. Dont waist your time they done care. I did have one hostess that did stand up for us. She was even frustrated.

Great place for Odessa. We really loved the giant block of cheese you get to eat off of while you are there. I think it is better than all street in Midland. I recommend going when I’m the area. Prime rib was good but the grilled shrimp that came with it a was great. Service was good. Dessert looked great but we were all too full after our main course.

My wife and I love this place. We have never had a bad experience. All the food is amazing, the building is amazing and has some interesting history, and last night our waiter named Aaron was probably the best service I have ever had at a restaurant in my life.
I highly highly recommend this place to all.

New to Odessa, I was eager to try all the cool places everyone says are popular. This steakhouse was one of them though I love all the history and western atmosphere the manager lady was grumpy and visibly upset at her staff. Not busy Saturday early evening. As we sat she slammed down a pile of menus on the table next to us as to call the attention to the guys off to the side to help her push tables together. I ordered a 8oz sirloin because I never finish big steaks, and I ordered it Medium. I attached a picture of what I got. It was hard and shriveled. I picked it up like a hockey puck. I tried to eat it and not complain but eventually my husband said “just send it back” hopefully this helps someone in making their dinner choice, this was just our experience.

One of the restrooms was out of order (or just needed to be cleaned). They said they were short staffed the day we went so it took it bit to get our food. Although, the waitresses were very kind and the steak and catfish were good.

I am very disappointed in the service and quality of food. This restaurant used to be a favorite years ago. Steaks were over seasoned and over cooked. It was also impossible to get a refill on any drink. This place obviously needs new management and better people skills as we were often ignored by management as they walked by.

This was a childhood favorite of mine. Not so much anymore. We were in town visiting so we had a party of 10. They put us in a private room and consistently forgot about us. It was 2 hours of waiting on drinks or apps or food. The cheese blocks were tiny and the food was cold. One steak was overcooked so they remade it for 30 minutes then brought it out cold. My country fried steak was cold. I see why the dining room was mostly empty on a Sat night. I will not return.

I’ve lived in Odessa for about a decade, yet had never been to this restaurant despite having heard good things about it. We walked in the front door, nobody at the hostess station, literally stood there for about 4 minutes before somebody even came around the corner to greet us. After we were escorted to our table, are drink orders were taken, when they returned, the waitress proceeds to tell us that the restaurant is out of prime rib and out of all fillet steaks (interesting strategy for a restaurant that claims to be a steakhouse ), so we ordered a chicken fried steak and a chicken dish. About 10 minutes ago by, the waitress returns to inform us that they are also out of chicken (seriously, it took the kitchen 10 minutes to realize they didn’t have something?), so we looked around the menu to find something that was not prime rib, not steak, and not chicken (not a ton of options past that). At any rate, the kitchen service obviously ended up being very slow, the chicken-fried steak (which the menu claims “might be the best in Texas”) was bland beyond bland and the lack of most menu options made it very difficult to order in the first place. Only brightside I can give the place was that the ambiance was nice and the staff was friendly. However, due to everything else listed above, I really cannot understand why management did not just put a “closed” sign on the door for this day, fire the kitchen manager, and reopen once they were actually prepared to become a functioning restaurant again.
