We love this place and miss living down the street. Their breakfast never makes me sad, whether I’ve eaten in or taken it to go. I wish your cooks could teach the cooks in my area how to do their jobs. We’ve been to the Barn Board for dinner on multiple occasions, as a couple, as a family, with friends, or hosting a small gathering. We’ve always had exceptional service. We notice the continual improvement in restroom upgrades, ect. It’s also a popping place to be when volleyball season is in sesh! Their mango pinã coladas hit the spot, maybe even a little too good – for someone who rarely drinks, if I was going to … this would be the place! Grateful Trent has been a staple to the Roberts and Hammond communities, they’re lucky to have him and his staff. I apologize for not posting a review sooner.

It’s always nice to drive out to Roberts Wisconsin and check out the barn board grill and saloon. Really great atmosphere super happy cheerful waitresses every time. They always have great food specials tonight was barbecued ribs and cod dinner with baked potato soup or salad. Really good deal. I had a couple of mango pina coladas from the special drink menu, $6. For dinner I had the half pound build your own hamburger, super good. I would recommend barn board grill and saloon if you’re ever in the Roberts Wisconsin area.

The crispy chicken sandwich amazing, the chicken was breaded and cooked perfectly.
My wife ordered the loaded wachos and it came with Chipotle mayo and we were skeptical about it on nachos but OMG it was an amazing combination.
Our server Hannah was amazing.
Definitely would recommend this place.

The drink prices are very reasonable for what you get, and definitely makes me come back, just for the drinks!

Plenty of seating options, tables, counter, bar, booths. Food menu is similar to Shuggys in Hammond. Plenty of sandwiches, pizzas, wraps, pastas, chicken, and seafood. Salad bar is good. They should verify that the bread is always soft n warm, bc when it is, it’s reeely good. Wifi was fast n free.
Really nice drink menu. Hard to find this many Mixer options anywhere near here. One caveat: the large tap beer is shown as 23 oz on the menu but it sure does not look like 23 oz. That would be two 12oz cans, and I doubt that would go into that “23 oz” glass. Food was ready super fast.

Never a bad time at this establishment. Top notch food, drinks, service, and above all, atmosphere. Ashley M made an *amazing* old fashion with Crown Royal Peach. Of course I’ll be returning, but I would recommend this place to any and all. Check it out ya’ll!!

Solid home style food. Wife had the Whiskey Salmon salad and I had the Open Faced Pot Roast sandwich. Pot roast had large, very tender chunks in a flavorful beef gravy all of which was served on Texas toast and REAL smashed potatoes. Salmon had a nice glaze and salad was nicely presented. Will be back.

Went here for lunch with friends upon arriving from California. Wow! I really wanted one of everything on the menu. Settled for several apps and drinks. I ordered the Bloody Mary and the waitress asked if I wanted a beer back. Well, yes I do! She suggested a local beer New Glarus.
I also got the waffle cut fries nachos with pulled pork. Everything was delicious. Also ordered cheese curds, pretzels, walleye fritters and wings.
Authentic Wisconsin cheese curds! ❤
