I’ve lived in NYC and Philly and this pizza has to best I’ve ever had. I got the spicy kielbasa with red sauce – the sausage was spicy, jalapeños were fresh, the dough, sauce, everything was masterful.
This isn’t a traditional pizzeria, it’s right next to an eponymous bar and you text the order to a number. The chef then brings you the pie from I guess his personal kitchen? Not exactly sure. The bar was great vibes and traffic picks up later at night.

Went to the barleycorn for the first time. Food was excellent and that atmosphere was really nice. I went with minimal people to serve and it seemed the staff was friendly and attentive. Later in my visit a band was setting up for the evening rush. Side note, when they mention fresh peppers they mean fresh from a garden.

I was honestly very surprised how nice this bar is. It’s very clean and has a really cool style and atmosphere. Budd Ash was playing and it was really good music. Very nice to experience some high quality local live music. Sarah was delightful and very nice. She was incredibly busy the whole night but she never slowed down. A good bartender really makes a good bar.

Best pizza I’ve ever had in the US. Trust me. It is so different to what you have in normal pizza joint or a chain. Owner himself is making them just because he loves pizza and he knows pizza.. sure he does. It was smooth and very tasty…. And he is a very nice and humble gentleman.. wish you all the best !

Went On a night they were having open mic. At first I thought It was supposed to be a comedy show but the open mic was really good. The lady started singing it’s a wild one and the whole crowd started singing with her including myself. I had so much fun and I didn’t even stay long. A place that I will definitely visit again.

There are thousands of places to pizza in this country. This is simply the best. The owner/operator has a passion for pizza that is second to none. His ingredients are truly fresh daily and the cheese is of the highest quality (literally.) Stop in, tell Bob what you want, enjoy life.
