I ordered from here using the DoorDash app so I didn’t experience the storefront or the service you’d get while visiting in person. Due to that, the review will focus on the food and not the service or ambiance of the restaurant.
Right out of the gate, I can say the patties were missing the crust that you’d typically get with a smash burger, so you can expect it to feel more like a traditional burger rather than a smash burger, however, I am comparing these to the smash burger competitors in the nearby area which all seem to have perfected the patty-crust in some capacity. Don’t get me wrong, in general both burgers were tasty but I personally would go with this place only if I am feeling like having a more traditional burger rather than a smash burger since there were some missing factors that id expect to see in a smash burger.
Regarding the BACON-BACON SMASHburger, there was a generous amount of bacon which I was a huge fan of, I love some bacon in my burgers. The brioche buns were fresh and held everything very nicely. The Bacon jam, on the other hand, was a bit too sweet for my taste but I can see how if someone has a taste for it they’d love it and it would probably instantly become their favorite burger, especially because they didn’t cheap out on that either. Additionally, this one was a tiny bit more greasy than id like it to be and the generosity of the sauces and spreads overpowered the meat a bit. Overall pretty good, but if it wasn’t called a smash burger id never think it was one.
B&C SMASHburger, only because of its simplicity, felt more like a SMASHburger. I am more likely go with this one in the future and probably make it a combo meal. Additionally, the pickles really balanced out the flavors nicely with this one but still didn’t taste the meat as much as id like to.
Overall, good burgers, I can see myself ordering from here again but if I’m craving a smashburger id probably go with one of the other options in the area.

The burgers and fries were ridiculously delicious. Good amount for each person and service was quick and awesome (we went in person). We ordered and got our food ( family of 5) in about 10 mins time. Noticed others just picking up, so that is another option if you’re in a rush. There is common area seating outside, in front of the parking area, but we chose to take home since it was too hot outdoors. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how great this place was and we are now going to be officially “regulars” at this Smashburger spot

Ordered the smash burger with bacon jam. Wasn’t able to eat it for 30 minutes. That burger was so tasty. Had to order another for my son and he said one of the best burgers he has ever had. Dimitri he will be making a trip out soon to get another one.

You can tell that the food is made with love. Honestly, I’m not a burger person but this place has changed my mind. Everything tastes so good. The chef is such a good guy and seems to love what he does. Sir, you are definitely doing amazing.

Really great and amazing pop up spot. Strange little pickup window in what looks like a shared kitchen/delivery kind of spot, but it sort of adds to the intrigue of the place and the menu is great. The owner/chef is really personable and extremely talented. Kind of feels like in that first season of The Bear or that Jon Favreau movie Chef you’re at this little dive spot getting something special from an amazing chef. This ranks among the top 2 smashburgers I’ve ever had.

Phenomenal smashburger. This is a ghost kitchen so keep that in mind when you order that you cannot dine in. The owner/chef is a nice guy. I’m not sure what he’s going to do to keep up with all of the orders when business picks up since it was only him in the kitchen. Definitely ordering from here again though, what a burger.
