The experience was disappointing from start to finish.
We waited far too long at the door before anyone acknowledged us. The barista was unfriendly and not helpful. We were told we had to sit to order food and then after waiting 10 more minutes were moved to a different table because we were apparently in the wrong seats for food.
When our coffees were brought out, the waitress argued with me after I pointed out that my drink was wrong — even though the ticket was correct and the drink she was holding clearly didn’t match it. I’m fairly certain the “remake” was just the incorrect hot drink poured over ice. Photo attached — I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry special.
Our waiter changed twice during the visit, which added to the disorganization. A 20% tip was automatically added to the bill without any warning — and given the level of service, I would not have chosen to tip more than 10%. It definitely did not reflect excellent service. We also had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get the receipt, despite the space not being busy.
To top it off, we were handed QR codes and asked to leave a review mentioning our waiter by name — which felt bold considering we only saw him twice. When my friend ordered an additional coffee to go, the manager and barista were visibly arguing behind the counter. The manager was yelling and asking the barista if she was crazy, while the barista rolled her eyes mid-order. The entire atmosphere made us feel like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by being there.
Overall, the experience felt chaotic, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Definitely not what I expected. The only reason i’m giving two stars is because the pancakes and presentation were good. Everything else was wildly disappointing.

I came here from a review on Facebook to see the type on this barista bar they have… let me tell you they did not disappoint! I came and got the toasted marshmallow latte and it was to die for. The nice man who works behind the counter Vincent, he’s the bomb! Super nice and welcoming. He likes what he does! I am coming back to try all the fall items on the menu!! Right now they are giving are giving a free sandwich with your coffee as a promo right now too and that was also delicious!!! Can’t wait to see what else they come out with for winter and the other seasons!

Wow I’m not the best photographer- but Americano made me the best Sparkling Americano ever! The Desn Martin focaccia is what I went in for and did not disappoint! Unbelievable quality and amazing service. Beautiful spot. What a great way to do any meal. Definitely Go!!

I read the reviews and was excited to visit, but I was a bit confused when I arrived. It was somewhat difficult to find, as it felt more like a restaurant inside a residential building than a traditional coffee shop. I even had to call to confirm there was actually a coffee shop inside.
The space itself is elegant and beautifully designed, but it has more of a full-service restaurant atmosphere than a cozy café. It didn’t feel like a place where you could sit back and comfortably enjoy your coffee, so I ended up taking mine to go. It reminded me of The Cheesecake Factory, with that side coffee and bakery section.
My cappuccino was decent but fairly basic, nothing particularly memorable. I also noticed the to-go cup was smaller than what I’m used to.

I discovered this place on TikTok and was excited to try their drinks. The space itself was cozy and welcoming; however, the service unfortunately did not match the atmosphere. When we arrived, the barista did not acknowledge us until I greeted her, which wasn’t a big issue on its own. What was more frustrating was watching her focus on assembling pastry boxes while we stood waiting to be served, especially since we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The lack of acknowledgment and the cold reception ultimately discouraged us from ordering. That said, we hope to stop by again in the future and have a better service experience.
