Terrible customer service!! I just ordered a pizza, Caesar salad & steak sub. I requested toasted bread for the steak sub and they sent me crispy burned bread. See picture below. I called the manager to explain my situation and possibly get them to remake the sub with regular toasted bread preferably not saturated in grease and burned to a crisp. To my surprise, he was rude, condescending and made excuses in attempt to justify the burned bread they sold me. He even had the audacity to nonchalantly say “you requested extra toasted” smh. As a business owner myself, Under no circumstance would I dare sell a customer burned crispy bread like this. It’s “bad for business.” Needless to say after that I was done. I decided a refund would suffice seeing he was so rude not to mention unprofessional as a business owner. He lacks integrity. He definitely doesn’t deserve my patronage or anyone else’s for that matter. After I requested a refund due to his rudeness he literally told me to “get out of here with that bs” and proceeded to hang up on me. I attempted to call back twice giving them benefit of the doubt I refused to believe he hung up on me. They rudely chose not to answer. So it was clear he did in fact hang up on me. My only intention in calling was for them to remake the sub with bread that wasn’t burned. I mean, was that seriously too much to ask?? I’m a paying customer. Instead he made excuses, cursed at me, ultimately hung up on me and deliberately ignored my call back. You’re literally taking chances with a business and manager like this that lacks integrity the way they’ve demonstrated and conducted themselves when it came to addressing a customer complaint. Smh. Thank GOD it wasn’t anything serious. I know people, who know people. I will be following up. I promise. You can’t treat customers like this. This is unacceptable.

Welcome to my 1st Friday night pizza place review for 2025! I got the small steak stromboli with cheese mushrooms onions sweet peppers and sauce on the side. I’ve been trying to find a good pizza place for a while now and this was honestly a true standout for me, the atmosphere was very chill and fun, the food is always made fresh and the staff are amazing, they treated me and my brother like family as they served us and made sure our food was nothing less than amazing! I definitely recommend giving Bari’s a shot if you’re looking for some great options, fresh food and proper customer treatment! Thank you Bari’s! ☺️

This Restaurant has Very good cheesesteak they are very tasty and the slice of the cheese pizza were good as well very nice quiet and very clean restaurant.I will come back again I recommend this place I will go back again!

Exceedingly disappointed. No flavor whatsoever. It was like eating a ball of grease. The crust was soft and chewy (never a big fan of that personally). The cheese was mostly mozzarella – it was stretchy and added very little flavor. Most of the flavor came from the pepperoni and that was over-spiced. And finally the sauce! There was barely any sauce! Also, for the little sauce that was on it, it was pink from dilution! I forced myself to eat a second bite then tossed it. For the service, all the workers looked miserable. 2.5/10 for the pizza, 6/10 for the service.

Hidden Gem and it was absolutely worth it! Currently on an almost 9 hour drive for my moms chemo and this pizzeria was a lifesaver at 9 pm at night. Fresh NY Style pizza and kids enjoyed every bite!! 15-20 minutes later we were back on road. Definitely willl be back again!

Not crazy about their pizza..maybe average if that .. i ordered a pizza and wings one time and it was almost 40 dollars ..way too expensive..it’s not just them though alot of places are overpriced because of the economy..that’s my honest opinion though.

This is by far the BEST pizza we have ever had!!! Drove by on accident & stopped in for some real food. We can’t quit raving about it! Everything is homemade & the flavors just meld tremendously!!! I wish they were closer to Texas!! I’d drive 2 hours just for this!!!
