I’m torn about how to review this place. The ambiance is inviting, with a spacious, open layout that suggests they host dancing or live performances at times. We started with appetizers: meatballs served on tostones and lamb empanadas. The meatballs were decent but unremarkable, while the lamb empanadas were a highlight. The filling was rich and flavorful, though the choice of cheap, fried empanada dough felt mismatched.
For mains, I ordered the Wagyu steak, which was disappointing. Having enjoyed exceptional Wagyu in Japan, I found this cut overly fatty and slightly chewy, lacking the melt in Your mouth quality I expected. A standard churrasco might have been a better choice. On the other hand, the fish dish was excellent, and the desserts were a pleasant finish.
While the food was mostly decent, the pricing was a major letdown. Located in Little Havana, the cost felt exorbitant for the quality and portion sizes were easily twice what I’d expect to pay. I give it 4 stars because the food wasn’t bad, but the value just isn’t there. I won’t be returning.

My friend and I had reservations at this restaurant at 5 PM. We arrived early and it was raining. So we were waiting by the front door. After a bit, this lady comes out and offers for us to wait for the rain to pass inside and sit at the restaurant. I had informed her that we actually had reservations for 5 PM. She did not know and immediately welcomed us to sit anywhere. She clarified that she’s one of the owners but she was covering that day. I thanked her for letting us in early before the restaurant officially opened, especially without her knowing of our reservation. She gave us the menus and turned on the music once we chose a table. My friend and I ordered a cocktail with the bartender, who approached our table and provided some suggestions. A few minutes later we placed our order from the Miami Spice Menu. We tried the meatball tostones, house lamb empanadas, branzino filet with coconut rice and fries, pavlova and eclipse- the night fall. Everything was so tasty and delicious. My least favorite dish was the lamb empanadas. They were not bad but I’m just not a big lamb eater. However, the sauces it came with were delicious. The meatball tostones were also very good The green sauce elevated the dish. The branzino was tasty but my favorite part of the main course was the coconut rice. It took rice to a whole level with the crispy coconut on top. I wish I had that recipe. As to the desserts, I loved both of them. I’m not a big chocolate eater either but the eclipse was delicious. I would, however, order the pavlova next time I come. It was sweet and light. As to the drinks, I tried the Ooopa, which was very delicious. If you like margarita, I would recommend this drink. The bartender also surprised us with a welcome complimentary drink, which was also delicious! The bartender also made sure we liked everything we ordered. Before we left, he also gave us a chip for us to have a complimentary drink on our next visit. The owner also came by and ensured we liked everything, which we did. The decoration of the restaurant reminded me of being in Greece. It was decorated with the evil eyes on the tables, which I thought was very unique. On one side of the restaurant, there’s a very nice photo opportunity area where there’s a swing with flowers around it. The bathroom was also very nice decorated, clean smelled good. I would definitely return to this establishment as I felt like I was at another country with the decoration, delicious food and superb customer service.

We tried this place for the first time today and it was soooo good. Such a clever way to mix flavours and to get such an excellent result. We really enjoyed everything we had. We tried the meatball tostones, the branzino with coconut rice and vegetables, and the costeña burger with lamb and beef. Everything was excellent and very very recommended. Also the service A++

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Bargean and it was an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. The service was outstanding! Very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything was just right throughout the meal. When it comes to the food, everything from the appetizers to dessert, including some of the most creative cocktails I’ve ever had, was perfectly prepared and exceeded expectations. Overall, Bargean is a true gem worth experiencing. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out, it’s the kind of place that transforms an evening into something truly extraordinary. I can’t wait to go back!

We recently visited this beautiful restaurant on a spontaneous outing for drinks since it’s right next to where we live. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully designed to create the best possible experience. The ambiance instantly transports you to the Aegean—you can almost feel the sea breeze.

Our bartender was incredibly welcoming, and we had a great conversation with Santiago—thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

While we didn’t get to explore much of the menu, we did try the shrimp cocktail, which was easily one of the best I’ve had in Miami. It paired perfectly with our drinks.

We’ll definitely be back! This place is absolutely worth your time and attention. Plus, we’ve heard they throw some amazing parties on the weekends—so if you love nightlife, this spot is a must-visit. ✨

I recently visited BARgean, and it lived up to all the hype! Sometimes a dinner date is all about the food, and other times it’s about getting out and spending time together. BARgean delivers on both but elevates the experience in a special way.

The ambiance is hard to describe—each area of the restaurant feels intimate and unique. The menu seemed a bit pricey at first, but once the food arrived, it felt like a bargain. There’s no cutting corners here. Homemade pasta and butter? Check. Gold leaf on the rim of a signature cocktail? Check. A perfectly crisp slice of cucumber paired with scallops to enhance the appetizer? Check.

This place exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful location. The ambiance phenomenal. The food chef’s kiss. Monica the owner greeted us We came here for our 15th anniversary and all the food was divine. Natalie made our night extremely special by explaining everything on the menu and her personal recommendations. Joel the bartender mixed up some drinks that was so good it reminded me of me of Cabo. The food was fresh, the ribeye seasoned to perfection and so tender. The maduro, coconut rice, vegetables and not to mention the beans ( which I had to snatch from my husband) was so good. We will definitely come again. Monica thank you for telling us the history in building this restaurant and Natalie thank you for setting the mood for our anniversary. Thank you to the Chef Ms Shirley, her food was we warmed up the lamb and rib eye the next day and it was still tender, and juicy. The best experience. Please check this place out in lil Havana because we will be back. Best anniversary dinner ever.
