This is my go to cafe. I love the coffee, I love the food and the vibes. I just love everything about this place. Their cortados, season special lattes(lavender caramel is my personal fav), the smoothies and ofc the yummiest salmon toast. Just love it. All the staff are also the sweetest coolest people.
Loveee this cafe ❤️

Pretty basic, but cute Cafe. Went around closing time, and I was probably the only customer at the time. Barista was friendly. Ordered a iced vanilla latte. The drink however, was a bit more watered down than I like. The coffee was pretty high-quality. They do sell some of their coffee beans as well.

Got a Mexican mocha and goat cheese + jam toast and they’re both really good! This place is probably best for takeout. Staff are friendly and worked tirelessly. There are only a few indoor seats, and it can get busy and crowded while people wait for their order.

This is a cozy place in a strip mall, not so busy but probably only because it was too early on a Sunday morning when I visited. It would have been more perfect if they did even just a simple artwork on my mocha. However, I’d be happy to drop by here each time I need a fix before going to work. I’m glad to have found this shop. They serve the only coffee that I actually enjoy drinking without any added sugar.

This is my go-to coffee shop for latte specials and beans.
My favorite latte is the Mocha-Borgia (chocolate and orange). I treat myself to this once a week or so.
I also make espresso drinks at home and get my beans here. Beans are great quality and they label the bags with the roasted date, which is important for me and something most outlets don’t do.
Service is always good and they have a good selection of fresh pasties.
Parking is available outside and inside the building.

Staff is nice. Good that they serve drinks in actual ceramic cups (not to go paper cups).
However, my hot latte ($5.4) was super bitter and burnt (also, baristas don’t know how to make an upside down latte). Almond croissant was super dry with basically no filling. Will not be back.

Barefoot was one of my first regular independent coffee shops and is still one that I visit very frequently. It is impressive how many baristas I have known from this location that are now independent baristas in other newer shops. This place has really had a huge impact on the San Jose coffee scene! They make their own orange essence which is great in their Mocha Borgia and their Latte Valencia. The peach Kuign Aman is very good and they make among the best toasts around. Highly recommended!

Outstanding caramel latte! The rich and smooth taste of the latte, combined with the perfect balance of caramel flavor, creates an absolute delight for the taste buds. The expertise and skill of the baristas in crafting this delicious beverage is truly commendable. Additionally, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the coffee shop only enhances the overall experience. I highly recommend visiting Barefoot coffee shop for anyone craving a superb caramel latte.

I feel my hand pour taste medium to dark roasted beans so the flavor tends to be thick with a hint of bitterness, but it pairs perfectly with milk. I waited for quite a while as the staff forgot one of our order.
