This was a nicely decorated giftshop/ice cream bar. Staff was friendly and patience for our big family who came in for the first time. Delicious flavor and it was great to look at the decorations and souvenirs while waiting in line. The ice cream shop is small with no seating inside, however there are outdoor picnic tables.

I came into this shop with my family on the evening of Labor Day 2025. I purchased ice cream for 10 kids and a bag of gummies. The children all went out side to eat their ice cream and my 8 year old niece dropped slipped and dropped her cone. Although, we were right outside they refused to give her another one. A guy who said he was the manager and told me his name was Mike said it was their policy. Not only does this shop not allow you to taste flavors but they couldn’t replace a one scoop ice cream cone for a child. I find that to be distasteful and awful customer service. I refused to spend another dime in that establishment. I prefer places that value their customers with their policies.

There was no samples on ice cream but the ice cream was good either way. Next day came to get an iced vanilla latte and blueberry muffin definitely enjoyed both will return back !

ice cream was good just think its cheap to have 9 dollar single scoop waffle cones and you dont let people sample the ice cream. maybe if you had a few basic flavors but you got some for out flavors people might wanna try before they buy.

Wonderful coffee and cute little gift shop. I came here a few weeks ago for a quick coffee and my little brothers and I all ordered. This was some of the fastest latte-making I have ever witnessed. There was only one employee there but she was professional, friendly, and speedy. Really good lattes/drinks!

I would like to specifically address my interaction with the manager, Drew. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to unprofessional communication, lack of support, and an unhelpful attitude. I attempted to resolve the issue directly but did not receive the assistance expected.
I would also like to note that Kernit from collections was very helpful, professional, and respectful. Kernit made an effort to assist me and facilitated communication, which I truly appreciated.
At this point, I would like to escalate this matter and speak with Drew’s supervisor or a higher-level representative to formally share my concerns and provide feedback.

Outstanding Service and Delicious Ice Cream!
We visited this ice cream shop twice during our stay, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care the staff took to accommodate my grandson’s tree nut allergy. Both times, different staff members followed the same thorough protocol to prevent any cross-contamination—clearly, this is something they take very seriously. I was incredibly impressed and deeply appreciative of their diligence.
Not only did I feel completely confident in their allergy precautions, but both of my grandsons absolutely loved their ice cream! The flavors were delicious, and the service was kind, patient, and thoughtful.
It’s not easy finding places that handle food allergies with this level of care, and this shop truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone—especially families managing food allergies. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
